Excellent hotel close to airport with a shuttle to the terminal

Very disappointing — dirty surfaces (see photo of bed side table) and hair all over the floor (photos don't show the full extent). Wallpaper peeling off the wall in multiple places. Upon arrival there was some confusion as to whether I had a booking (of course I did, but for some reason it took a while for the receptionist to find). I booked my return airport shuttle for 5:30am, when I went outside to catch it (yes, on time, before 5:30), the bus had already started driving off and the receptionist ran out and had to phone the driver to come back. I'm an international traveler from the UK, this was my first stay at an American hotel — I expected much better!

Location is good and cheap but the environment is not that pleasant.

This hotel is located at the Salt Lake City Airport in the United States, and it is also the place where we boarded the bus for the local tour group. I found this classic European-style suite on trip.com, and the price was not too expensive, more than 210 US dollars after tax. My friend called the hotel directly to book this room, and they said they didn’t have it. But I was a member of trip.com and could book it, so lucky! My friends were very interested in the suite I stayed in and asked me which hotel it was from. The hotel’s service and facilities are good!

I was wrong! I shouldn't have ignored the advice and chosen this hotel with such a low rating. The hotel has airport pick-up. I called the hotel front desk and waited at platform 3B. A car came to pick us up in a while. As soon as I entered the door, I found hair on the bed, blood on the quilt, and a dirty sock left by a previous guest under the luggage rack. The hygiene was really amazing. I can understand that there is no toothbrush or slippers, but I found that there is no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Are you asking me to flush? When the toilet exhaust is turned on, it's like a tractor is running, rumbling, causing me to not dare to turn on the light when I go to the toilet. The real nightmare appeared in the middle of the night. I found that this room is extremely soundproof. The sound of the guests walking on the floor upstairs can be clearly heard. In the corridor, what the hell is the vacuum cleaner turned on in the middle of the night? It's not a vacuum cleaner, it's a jet plane, rumbling from one end to the other, and I can hear it clearly. At eight o'clock in the morning, I was woken up by a hurried knock on the door. It turned out that the waiter wanted to clean the room? ? Is there anyone who knocks on the guest door early in the morning to ask for cleaning? ? I was in a good sleep due to jet lag and she woke me up. It was really embarrassing [awkward]

It was a hotel that felt comfortable. I didn't use the swimming pool because it was very small and the water was cold. American children had fun playing haha. It was a moment that made me happy too!

Service: Very bad. We booked a two-bed room, but the front desk wanted to change us to a king-size bed at a lower price (there were two-bed rooms available). In addition, the front desk kept making phone calls during check-in, and it took a very long time. Breakfast: Terrible, nothing good. Facilities: The exhaust fan was very noisy, and it had the same switch as the toilet light, so it couldn't be turned off.

It's average in every aspect, but the advantage is that the Yellowstone tour group starts from here.

The facilities are a bit old, the phone line where I stayed that day was not working, the lights were broken, there was a lack of toilet paper and incomplete bath supplies, 

The room was average. The front desk and service staff were all Indian. Check-in was only possible at 3pm, and their attitude was average. Curry English was hard to understand. Breakfast only had bread, fruit, and drinks, no protein, no meat or eggs. Later, there were not enough plates, forks and spoons. Its breakfast was completely negligible.

Not breakfast. There was meatloaf on the first day, but not on the second day. Old hotel with outdated facilities and indifferent waiters.

Don't use a credit card for the deposit, my deposit has not been returned for half a month

The sanitation conditions are mediocre, near the highway, it’s a little fried at night, and the sanitation staff knocked on the door three times before 8:30 in the morning. I don’t know why
