Perfect location, just off the highway for our trip from Jackson Hole to SLC. Lots of eatery’s nearby, including a nice boba tea shop. Room is clean and spacious, trundle bed and sofa could easily fit another 2 kids. Breakfast has nice waffle that my teens enjoyed, we love the hazelnut coffee. Coffee available till 11am so we could fill some for our remainder road trip when checking out.

The room is new, no odor, and not far from the airport. Breakfast ended at 9am, so early that we didn't even get to eat. The Hispanic guy at the front desk was not very experienced in business operations. We had already paid in advance and he still deducted the room fee from us. We found out and called the supervisor to cancel the transaction. It has not been credited yet. We will keep an eye on the progress. Ctrip's feedback was very timely.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by many supermarkets, and free parking in the underground parking lot. The room is large, with a long sofa, a desk, and a small refrigerator, but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it. The breakfast is varied, with coffee, milk, yogurt, drinks, fruits, bagels, cakes, meat pies, etc. The downside is that the air conditioner is very loud and noisy, which affects sleep.

This one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory. Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.

Location: Outside of downtown, about 20 minutes from the airport, conveniently near the highway, and about 15 minutes from downtown. The hotel is located in a mixed use area of some offices, retail and residential. Access: The hotel shares land with an adjacent ***** mall and curiously the front entrance can only be accessed by going through the mall parking lot from 1300 E street. Parking: It has some outdoor parking and a two level garage under the hotel accessible by hotel key card only. You need to check in first. There is also a second entrance to the garage that takes you to level 2, from Wilmington street but you need the card first. Parking has an elevator direct to inside with key card access through the underground doors, but only on level one. The garage is fairly spacious but probably will not take full size SUVs and trucks. Room: Nice layout with a small sitting area and work desk at the entrance to the room. A fridge and microwave are also included. As some mentioned, the frosted sliding door to the washroom is terrible at night to others wanting darkness to sleep. Noise: Lots of people come and go so you have to hope you don’t get inconsiderate neighbours because the walls are thin. We actually were lucky not to have issues with noise over four nights. Breakfast: The usual complimentary breakfast - don’t be late as it winds down promptly. Other: They have a snack store and a pool and exercise room. Whats near: You can certainly walk to a few food places if weather permits. Consult your smartphone for what’s near. Also the park across the street is nice and so is the mountain view if you get it. Overall: A reasonable stay.

This was a clean hotel and room . The bed was nice and I like the pillow .. we were on the 6 th floor and still heard outside street / road noise .. when the fan / ac came on in the room it was a little noise and would wake me up. The breakfast area was nice and clean .. the coffee not very good , so we stopped at the Starbucks next store for coffee when we left . Overall good place for next stay right off I 80..

This hotel is very clean and well appointed. The complementary breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was very friendly. My wife and I slept on the king size bed and our son slept on the trundle. Both beds were very comfortable. There is a wide variety of stores and restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. In addition, we took some relaxing walks in the park across the street as well as the Hidden Hollow walking trail which was shaded alongside a creek. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Salt Lake City.

The staff, breakfast and location were all great. Overall the room was nice but whoever thought a frosted glass sliding "barn" door to the bathroom located directly in front of the bed was a good idea really missed the mark. If you have to use the bathroom in the night the whole room gets lit up when you turn the light on. It might seem like a minor thing but it is enough to have us look for other options on our next trip to the area.
Response from Property: We're so sorry that our room feature did not work out for you on your stay. Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us!

Checked into SpringHill Suites and was immediately impressed. The front desk staff, especially Jordan, were on top of their game. Found our reservation in seconds and even gave us some local dining recommendations. Got to our room and everything was spotless and comfy. Later, when we had a minor question about our bill, the hotel communicated transparently and resolved it in no time. Truly a breath of fresh air in hospitality. Highly recommend!

Rooms feel new, contemporary and clean. The bathroom us large and bright with a soft closing sliding door and walk in shower. Nice underground free parking in an area with restaurants, retail and adjacent to a Nordstrom Rack. We recommend The Dodo restaurant for delicious food and the best pie ever located nearby.

What a find! This SpringHill Suites is a great hotel...the pros & cons Pros: 1. Staff at front desk friendly and helpful 2. Nice breakfast in the morning 3. Easy, free parking 4. Room & bathroom were very, very clean! 5. Housekeeping was every day 6. Walkable to nice restaurants 7. Room was very quiet - did not hear people in the rooms on either side of us 8. Bed was very comfortable Cons: None that I can think of... Would definitely stay at this hotel again if in Salt Lake City!

Nice and comfortable one night stay. Being a Marriott member, I was given water bottles when arriving, which was a nice touch. I requested a high floor and received it. The mountain views from this hotel was scenic and the ability to walk to Target was a huge plus. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there is plenty of parking in the side lot by the stores (however, it was a little sketch as someone approached us asking for money) and there is garage parking that we didn't use. I love the Springhill Suites trundle bed. Both my kids can sleep on it and I don't have to worry about my 4 year old falling off the lower bed because it's so close to the ground. One issue I have with the Springhill Suites line is the bathroom doors. Though it can sleep up to 6 (2 queens and the trundle bed), it's not appropriately designed for families, since the translucent door allows light into the room. Every time someone gets up to use the bathroom it wakes everyone up with the bright light streaming into the entire room. Still, I love that I can fit a large family in this room. I also love the breakfast. It contains lots of variety and options like gluten-free, diary-free, etc. I didn't get the name of the breakfast attendant, but he was very nice and kept the area very tidy.

Modern room with interesting layout, not exactly a suite but it had a little sitting area in the entryway. Nice view of the mountain and great proximity to the park. I was hoping for a little more from the neighborhood, which the internet says is the “hip” part of Salt Lake, but I guess that’s a Salt Lake problem. My only complaint was that this was somehow a party hotel on a Thursday night, some loud rooms with very loud tvs and guests. After I called the front desk they quieted down, for the most part.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They literally got us a room at 10:00 at night that was not just any room. Clean, spacious, with great views. Absolutely recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Salt Lake City.
