El hotel muy bien situado, la habitación no muy grande pero confortable, desayuno correcto. El recepcionista del turno de la mañana, un encanto, educado, ayudándonos en todo pero el de la tarde, dejo mucho que desear, no hubo manera de que nos hiciera caso para poder arreglar la caja fuerte que no funcionaba en la habitación, del "ahora subimos.." y nunca subieron o "es que ahora estoy solo..". La piscina no muy grande y heladaaaaaaaaaa, jajaja. y lo mejor del hotel EL MASAJISTA, Luis, nunca he recibido un masaje tan efectivo como el que me dio, creo firmemente que he aguantado el viaje de 20 días gracias a él. Enhorabuena al hotel por ese gran servicio a un precio asequible.

Muy bueno todo. Atenti que algunas habitaciones no cuentan con frigobar. Todos son atentos y serviciales. El desayuno es correcto. La limpieza de las habitaciones, y su estado, es correcto. La piscina es pequeña, pero agradable y limpia.

Excelente hotel, buena ubicacion, lindas habitaciones, personal muy amable, buen desayuno, excelente la limpieza. Lo recomendaria sin dudar. Lo unico que deberian mejorar es el WIFI, se cortaba continuamente. Es una muy buena opcion para instalarse en la ciudad.

El hotel está bien ubicado, a pasos del Parque San Martín y el teleférico del cerro San Bernardo y a unas 6 cuadras de la plaza 9 de julio en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y poco equipadas, con una limpieza correcta. La señal de TV y el wi fi son bastante malos. El desayuno es básico pero correcto, con un amplio horario de servicio, aunque el espacio desayunador es muy pequeño para la cantidad de habitaciones, sobre todo en momentos de alta ocupación. En el mismo sector funciona el restaurante, con precios razonables y comida rica. Se destaca la calidez de su personal, muy cordial y atento a las necesidades del primero al último. Dista bastante de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no justifica pagar de más por esa supuesta diferencia de categoría ya que no la posee.

El hotel si bien es razonable, es el más bajo de la cadena Amerian al que haya ido. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el aire acondicionado no andaba, el baño estaba limpio pero dejaba bastante que desear. El desayuno sin nada que destacar. Para una noche, zafa. Para más, ir a otro lado
