Esta muy cómodo el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, el área del jardín y alberca es muy bonito, el personal es muy amable, lo único malo fue la comida, esta muy limitado el bufete y no esta buena y el lavabo de la habitación estaba tapado, solo encontré esos detalles.

Un lugar bien ubicado y comunicado. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque nos costó trabajo encontrar una cama más grande, por lo cual tuvimos que acceder a dos camas medianas. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo y el personal que atiende es amable. Una buena estancia y digna de repetirse

Casi todo el personal parece que estan enojados, y en la recepción no ayudan mucho (pedimos ayuda para solicitar un taxi y solo tiene el numero de un sitio, y como no hubo nos mandaron caminando a cien metros a una avenida; no nos informaron que en la ciudad había servicio de Uber y Didi); Un problema para los alimentos: solo esta un restaurante francés ahi junto, pero ademas de ese no hay NADA cerca donde comer y en el hotel solo hay desayuno; preguntamos en recepción donde comer y dijeron que no sabían donde. En general en la ciudad son muy poco cordiales.

Nunca reservar en ese hotel, hice mi reservación desde el 17 de mayo para alojarme ahí del 13 al 16 de junio, y hoy, ya por salir a Saltillo, ¡me informan que no tengo reservación!, no es posible que un hotel serio no sea capaz de respetar reservaciones hechas con anticipación. Yo vengo a Saltillo a un compromiso de trabajo y me causaron muchos problemas, el cinismo de la persona que me contestó al informarme que mi reservación no existía no tiene límites

No tienen seriedad, no respetan las reservaciones hechas en línea, en su propio sitio web, llegué con mi familia confiando que teníamos reservación, aún cuando mostré el número de reservación que me llegó a mi correo, me dijeron en la recepción que no aparecía en su sistema ninguna reservación a mi nombre, tuvimos que ir a conseguir habitación a otro hotel.

How this hotel gets high ratings is a mystery. First off, it’s under construction. Second, there are VERY LOUD clanking water pipes all the time without cease. The front desk employees know this and apologetically change my room, fully aware that there will be no change. Same noise, no respite. First room with refrigerator, second without. Front desk promises a delivery of another mini-fridge which never arrives. The television was not functioning, not a single channel; air OR cable. Chain security lock on door missing. The handle to the shower off the thread and on the floor. No way to get water. I left at 3:30 a.m. without sleep and without a shower. This level of disregard suggests a non-attentive or caring manager and/or owners that are oblivious. I travel a LOT and this is my worst hotel experience to date. This would have been overpriced at HALF the cost. Shame!
