Nice hotel
Nice room, efficient staff, a little noisy as I could hear the traffic in the morning. Couldn’t charge my laptop as there was no 3-prong plug outlet on the wall.

Hotel precisa de uma revitalização urgente.
Quarto com um excelente tamanho, assim como o banheiro.
Havia barata saindo do ralo do banheiro.
A cama era muito usada, e com sulco que dificultou muito o sono.
Alimentação muito boa, tanto no jantar quanto no café da manhã.

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando, informei a portaria, mandaram uma pessoa que olhou e disse que um técnico ia arrumar e não foi.

Hotel com estrutura sem manutenção.
Servico demorado no restaurante , comida fria e ruim o atendimento , quarto com porta quebrada ,box com defeito , nos 2 dias nao tinha toalha disponivel na piscina , voltamos moljados para o quarto , ofuro com agua suja e sem manutencao . Cafe da manha pobre pelo valor e por ser um resort .

Segunda depois de muita conversa e o pessoal da hotel .com ter resolvido problema com minha reserva me colocaram num quarto ao lado de um gerador de energia que era impossível dormir..
