It’s a nice resort, but it needs a renovation. The installations are a bit old. Also it’s for families, with lots of kids around. If you’re looking for something relaxing, might not be the best option. There are lots of activities during the day near the pool, with very loud music.

The hotel has a good structure but the restaurant does not have quality food, the breakfast is excellent

Well, we have stayed at this hotel before. It's a great place for those going with children... they have recreation, a great breakfast and cleanliness and satisfactory service. However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…

The hotel's acoustics are unfavorable. Lots of kids running and screaming, maintenance carts passing through the hallway after 8pm, dragging beds upstairs after 9pm.

Hotel with great location, very good service, security, cleanliness. Prices for consumables inside the hotel are a little steep. Can beer 13 reais, food 80 reais per person.

Excellent, I spent the São João holiday and it was incredible. With a sunset by the pool in the late afternoon, recreational activities for children and adults, live music, June activities, everything is great!

The hotel's beach, pool structure and views from the rooms are really very good. The entertainment part, opening hours of the pool bar; leave a lot to be desired (they close at 6pm!!!!)

Great place, I was disappointed with the hair dryer in the room. He almost hung up without calling! When I went to inform the reception, the girl who attended me was very rude and did not give me any solution. They sent a technician into the room and said he wanted to see if it could be cleaned up, and then never came back. I also find it strange that my shampoo is filled with water. The breakfast was great. They went to work on time, but those who arranged for 6 o'clock in the morning could not eat tapioca, because the woman who made breakfast arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning. In addition, the rooms are great, spacious, and beautiful views.

The staff tried very hard to be helpful. Many of them had good English ability which was very helpful for us.

The location worked well for us. The property is tired, and needs maintenance and upgrading. People generally quite helpful, but had constant problems with poor WiFi as we were also trying to do some work there. Does not deliver on the pictures presented, so when expectations are higher can be a problem

The property needs some refurbishing. The beach is not private, and there are too many vendors around. The Internet is limited to 4 or 5 devices.
