The pictures do not represent the rooms properly. The rooms are not the cleanest and the walls are dirty. The hotel is in a good location. Towels are only taken every two days. The rooftop pool is really nice.

I booked for my family and paid for 3 nights. When they arrived at the hotel a day later due to the delay and cancellation of some flights on the trip, the receptionist said that the reservation was canceled and that there were no rooms available. No fumes were reported and the total amount had already been deducted from my card. It was very desperate, they are foreigners and don't speak Portuguese, it was 10:00 at night. I had to demand and argue with the receptionist until she provided them with a room. A very irresponsible attitude on the part of the hotel, they cannot unilaterally cancel reservations that have already been paid nor notify customers

Excellent location and staff service. Very tasty breakfast with enough options to start the day. The facilities leave something to be desired in terms of the quantity of clean and available sheets and towels. However, the cost-benefit of the accommodation is worth it.

Horrible breakfast. Low quality food. I don't recommend it to anyone. I've stayed in other hotels in the chain and this was the most horrible one I've ever experienced.

Excellent hotel, clean, safe and practical. It is very close to the Red River and bars and restaurants. Facing the sea, it has a swimming pool and a good breakfast. I recommend.

I found the facilities to be old and poorly maintained. Everything works, but (perhaps because it is close to the sea, it is exposed to saltpeter and salt spray) it could be in better condition.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso, amei tomar na piscina frente ao mar, banheiro grande, chuveiro bom, camas precisão melhorar, wifi bom maior parte do tempo, equipe bem receptivos, café da manhã bem gostoso, localização boa. Excelente escolha com preço. Custo benefício bom. Não tem mto barulho da rua ( pelomenos no meu quarto que não era de frente para a rua). Ar condicionado bom.

Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo, mas dessa vez deixou a desejar .. Sobia um mau cheiro do ralo do banheiro de esgoto e apodrecia o quarto, coberta machada, café da manhã feito me pareceu de qualquer jeito que passei mau e gosto horrível , tudo ... Deixou muito a desejar volto lá mas nunca e ainda quarto morfado. Úncia coisa boa foi a cama super confortável msm assim com um único lençol sem elástico onde se movimentava o tempo inteiro na cama. Pessoal experiência.

Hotel bem fraco ...sei do preço mais baixo . Mas tem melhores

Bom localizado, mas precisa de manutenção. Mesmo assim, o custo benefício vale a pena.
