Very clean hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bring your own water because the water at reception is very expensive but unfortunately there are no fridges in the rooms to keep your water cold. Hotel has a small nice rooftoop pool. The breakfast has decent varity and they will make you a fresh tapioca or omelette

Cleaning, service and coffee are good. But the false advertising in the ad regarding the pool made me have a not very pleasant experience. These photos below do not belong to this hotel. And the pool it has (the small one in the photos in the ad) only opened from 12pm on Monday, the checkout time (which was the holiday I booked).

Accommodation with everything needed. Clean environment and new facilities, cozy and comfortable spaces. I recommend hosting.

Em relação à acomodação, deixo de dar 5 estrelas em razão de o quarto não possuir efetivo controle de ruídos. Fiquei no apartamento 404 e, infelizmente, ele é de frente para a rodovia e, sem que o quarto possuísse isolamento acústico eficiente, a noite foi muito barulhenta. No mais, tudo ok.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Location, however, is a problem. Everywhere including restaurants are not in a walking distance.

We were very well received by the staff at reception. Everyone was very attentive and receptive.

At check-in, I received terrible service, one of the worst services I've ever had, I arrived at 11am and the attendant said she would only release the room at 2pm (clearly a bad desire to release it earlier), so far so good, but when I got back it was worse. w0 minutes to wait because I'm all messed up with registration.

Good accommodation option for those who need a place to sleep, such as a work trip or a quick stay. The hotel area is not very inviting for hiking or walking, so it is almost always necessary to arrive and leave the hotel by car, for safety reasons. Simple breakfast, but it serves the purpose. Clean rooms with daily cleaning service with maid.

Excellent service, great breakfast with value for money. Polite receptionists. There is only one restaurant option left on site.

My stay was very good, I only thought it was because they didn't clean my room, but otherwise it was very good.
