La verdad es que es que di por hecho que el hotel tenía playa….y fue una desilusión cuando llegue, es un hotel de un diseño muy bonito pero es un cubo, es cierto que las habitaciones dan a un oasis , pero a mi me daba claustrofobia. El personal maravilloso e incluso varios saben algo de español.

Staff is extremely rude, yells at clients, damages clients properties when cleaning without even giving an apology or acknowledging it. Breakfast is very basic. Wood floors in the rooms make lots of noise when walking. Staff is very curious and stare a lot. This is not a 5 stars hotel!

¿Por donde empezar?, habitaciones oscuras, si sales de la habitación no puedes dejar el aire acondicionado puesto ( normas del hotel) por lo que cuando vuelves esta ardiendo, la bañera muy grande pero no funciona, si te toca una habitación de abajo escuchas cada paso de ti vecino de arriba, si te toca habitación que da a la piscina escuchas a cada persona que pasa ya que la puerta de la habitación es de cristal ( unica entrada de luz) , la comida: si te sirven en 30 minutos es un día con mucha suerte, para comer un menú del día muuuuy mediocre, spa no funciona ( estuve 2 meses), piscina sucia , el personal camareros, recepcionistas y limpiadoras unas personas increíbles y agradables y cobrando una miseria, en fin para no volver.

El sitio muy bonito pero muy viejo y caro para el poco mantenimiento que tienen las habitaciones. Las tablas del suelo suenan como una casa vieja en un bosque.Tienen que tener solo un cocinero porque la media que esperamos para que nos sirvan es 1h. Hablando de la comida es muy poca cantidad y muy mal cocinada. No os recomiendo este hotel tenéis muchos mejores en la playa más baratos y mejor servicio

Given some of the marginal places I stayed on my pass through Senegal, this place was probably the nicest. I was probably not the target customer as I didn't use them as an all inclusive and clearly that is the intention. The property is a bit of a walk from humble downtown Saly, but otherwise this place has charm and character all over the place. The bathroom was particularly generous and the bed nice and comfy. It was quite a hike to get out of my room and back on the street though, because the grounds are quite large. If you like service though, this is surely the place you want to stay in Saly.

Depuis des années que nous venons sur Saly, j’ai toujours rêvé d’y aller… Pour mon anniversaire mon mari y a réservé une suite pour une nuit.A notre arrivée à la chambre sur le lit une fiche ÉCO RHINO, nous la retournons pour la lire et là surprise fiche toute sale tâchée de café… Nous voilà arrivés pour l’heure de déjeuner on nous installe sur une table de 5 et ce sans débarrasser les 3 autres couverts. on nous présente le menu sur des tablettes avec des écrans cassés… on demande un rosé avec des glaçons que l’on va attendre…bref déjà un peu déçu du « soit disant » standing… le soir au moment de partir dîner nous éteignons la lumière qui en fait reste allumée en clignotant donc appel à la maintenance. Erreur dans notre commande du dîner… dans la piscine de la suite une seule lumière qui fonctionne…domino bien voyant juste au dessus de la porte fenêtre donnant sur la piscine…le lendemain au petit déjeuner alors que seulement un autre couple déjà servi. Notre omelette et œufs sur le plat arrivés quasiment à la fin de notre petit déjeuner, le cuisinier aurait eu un souci…. Et le poupon au moment de retourner dans notre chambre le badge ne fonctionnait plus!! Retourner à l’accueil, ré paramétrer le badge retour à la chambre…le badge ne fonctionnait toujours pas… retour à l’accueil, appel à la maintenance… qui vient tester avec un ordinateur et devinez quoi la serrure n’avait plus de batterie…pour un 5 étoiles et pour une seule nuit… bref très déçu nous n’y reviendrons pas….
