The room was clean and basically satisfactory, but the parking lot is charged at ￥24 euros per day. There is a public paid parking space opposite, ￥1 euro per 40 minutes

I was satisfied with the cleaning and facilities! The gym equipment was also new. However, there was a door that automatically opens and closes right outside room 101, and the sound was so loud that I was disappointed that the soundproofing wasn't very good. Still, I was satisfied overall!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter.

I go to the Salzburg Music Festival every year, so I always spend a few days in this small town. Although the hotel I chose this time is located ten minutes' walk from the train station, you can transfer to bus No. 1 or 6 at the train station and it's only one stop away, which is very convenient. The public security nearby is also very good, so I feel safe even if I go back late at night. The most important thing is that the staff are very friendly and not at all like the formulaic service of big group hotels. This is one of the most satisfying hotels I have stayed in in Europe and I highly recommend it.

Great experience.. Beautiful rooms, nice bar and most importantly, close proximity to 2 bus stops for whichever direction you're coming from. Walkable from Hbf as well.
