Great location for a weekend visit to the Christmas market (but also otherwise!), as there are two bus stops right outside the front door. No stress, you can take the frequent buses into town and back at a reasonable price (much cheaper than parking fees)!
However: the parking fee at the hotel of €18 is quite high (very narrow access).
The room has everything you need, the breakfast buffet is absolutely sufficient and, above all, good.
Very friendly staff!
All in all, a recommendation.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. It is far away from the old city and tourist areas. There are not many shops nearby, so it is inconvenient to buy souvenirs or other items. The facilities in the room are old and the heating is insufficient. Service is average.

The room smelled of urine, the toilet was dirty, so the room was just not good. The location is ok, about 30 minutes walk from the center. The breakfast was ok, the staff was super friendly and nice.

The hotel was near public transportation and an easy walk to the old town and there was a mall with a grocery store across the street. It wasn’t bad place but the staff wasn’t very friendly and I saw one of them making faces after a customer asked a question. I checked in and was given a room but when I went to the room it was still being cleaned. Overall my stay was okay but these little things made it less comfortable.

The hotel is great but a bit far from central. The staffs are very friendly n courteous. They always wish u with a warm smile. One of the receptionist Ms Inna is very very helpful n kind. My hubby left his hp in a Uber n she help us to contact the uber , act as translator for us all the way n got our hp back. I would say their service is excellent n superb. I would definately come back again ..one more thing, the bathroom is very open, not very suitable if staying with kids.

The hotel price in Salzburg is slightly more expensive than that in Vienna, but the room is OK, quite big, and the cleaning is timely. It is not in the city center, and it takes one bus stop to get there, but the city is quite small, so walking is not a big problem.
