One of the best hotel stays we've been to. Close proximity to city central and service was impeccable.

Very comfortable and good service. The front desk staff can speak a little Chinese. They communicate mostly with gestures. Haha

Worth recommending! It is located in the alley near Registan, within walking distance of the square, and it is very convenient to get a taxi from Yandex. There is an art restaurant Old Havuz nearby with a very nice environment. The decorations throughout the hotel exude a local artistic atmosphere, the front desk English service is polite and decent, the rooms are spacious, clean and distinctive, the fitness sauna is small but complete, and the three-bed room can be directly assembled into a giant family bed. The breakfast variety is not very rich, and it is more local.

The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable and clean. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is a bit poor. Some guests spoke very loudly in the middle of the night. Even those of us who live on the first floor could hear them clearly in the atrium in the picture. But the staff is really impeccable and very responsible. We left early in the morning and prepared lunch boxes for us. The location is very good, Registan Square is a 10-minute walk away

Ctrip’s price is good, recommended by Ctrip! This small hotel can be said to be a condensed version of the architectural art of the Timurid Empire in the 15th century, and it is the most distinctive in the old city. The rooms, linens, services and Western-style meals are impeccable. During the stay, some media filmed a movie in the hotel. The handsome guy at the front desk spoke excellent English. He watched us inquire about the day's performance in the lobby, recommended and helped us make a reservation for the top-ranked EL Merosi traditional dance drama, and took the initiative to make us feel at home! After checking out, I went to the open-air bar on the top floor to have a cup of coffee and take in the view of the old city. It was nice👍

A very perfect hotel. Unexpectedly perfect. I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn't think it was really good. The hotel reception was very nice and the facilities were very complete.

There is no one hotel that I am most satisfied with during this trip. It is exquisite and has details, I am very satisfied with the food, and the location is also very good.

The sauna was great! The price is still a bit expensive, but the room was very comfortable, including the temperature and humidity. The bed was also very comfortable and soundproofed, and I slept very well.

我一開始對網紅酒店的實際品質有點懷疑，但從到達的那刻起就感到它能紅確實有道理。裝修美觀、房間寬敞乾淨、床品舒服、早餐豐富，工作人員特別友好，服務周到。 地理位置也不錯，雷吉斯坦廣場和比比哈努姆清真寺都在步行範圍內，甚至夏伊辛達也能走着去。 唯一的缺點是餐廳比較貴，味道中規中矩。

My stay at Kosh Havuz Hotel was truly exceptional and ranks among my best hotel experiences to date. The highlight for me was the luxurious sauna and jacuzzi facilities, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Appreciated the thoughtful gestures such as the staff preparing snacks and tea for the sauna session, which added a personal touch to the stay. Hotel was also accommodating in storing my luggage while I visited Bukhara for a few days. The hotel's decor was simply stunning; from the beautiful foyer to the corridors, every detail was aesthetically pleasing and contributed to a delightful ambiance throughout. While the rooms varied slightly in comfort (with one being a bit noisy due to its proximity to reception), the overall experience was made outstanding by the attentive staff. Azim, in particular, deserves recognition for promptly addressing my feedback about the room and ensuring I had a quiet space upon my return from Bukhara. Sanjar was also incredibly helpful, facilitating a local money transfer and arranging a rejuvenating massage when he noticed I was tired. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay memorable. Some minor areas for improvement would be breakfast - though delicious, items are quite similar during my 3-day stay - and rooftop restaurant staff could be more service oriented.
