Location is bit far, but could still call for yandex taxi easily

Checked in very late, but the front desk reception was very professional and the hotel was in good condition

The hotel is very beautiful. The hardware facilities are perfect, but the software is still not up to date. It was already past 11pm on the day of check-in. The check-in procedure was extremely complicated and it took about 20 minutes. After check-in, the Wi-Fi did not work. It took a long time to negotiate at the front desk. The temperature control of the air conditioner was very hidden. Two people searched for a long time in the middle of the night and couldn't find it. It was too late. I stayed for one night without air conditioning. It was a very bad check-in experience.

Very satisfied, but there is a problem with the power socket, otherwise it would be perfect

The hotel is very new, far away from the busy city and very quiet. The hardware is very good, just like the pictures on Ctrip. The breakfast is rich. The guys at the front desk are very nice and can communicate easily in English. Friends traveling with us all said that this hotel was a treasure. Especially the environment around the hotel is comfortable and comfortable, especially suitable for a stroll under the sunset. The evening in Central Asia is very refreshing. There is a newly opened carnival a few hundred meters away from the hotel, with DJs several stories high who are having fun with music and lights. The snacks inside are delicious and not expensive, and there is also a commercial street modeled after a mosque, which is crowded with people. The hospitable Uzi people will take photos with Chinese people when they see them. Although I can't understand what they say, I can feel their happiness and sincerity. In short, this hotel is an unexpected surprise in Samarkand!

The service environment is very good

The name Hilton itself sets high standards for any property that they are associated with. It was for this reason that our expectations were not met with the property. The hotel has an amazing staff but i guess that they are under staffed which is directly impacting service and resulting in missed expectations. We faced some minor challenges with the room and the staff did their best to get it addressed. However, it resulted in loss of time for the external excursions as we were attending to the resolution of highlighted problems

We booked this property fairly quickly without doing a ton of research and were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It’s located on Wellness Park, which is separate from the rest of the city. It’s large, beautiful, and has a ton of stuff to do. The hotel itself is stunning. It’s super clean and our room was comfortable. We were also happy to learn that there is a medical clinic in the hotel, which we ended up having to use for an unexpected medical issue. We were blown away by the front desk staff who arranged for a complimentary ride to a local pharmacy and back so that we could pick up medication. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

It was a great experince to stat in Hilton Sogd. In Samarkand there is a particular area that created mainly for tourists. Hilton Sogd is just at the beginning of this area and offers great hospitality. Especially, Behzad who was really friendly and great on speaking both Turkish and English. Once again I thank him for his kindness and helpful gestures.

The hotel itself is new, clean and very good. My problem was with the breakfast. They didn't give any variety. It was the same everyday for one week; not very appetizing.
