Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο Σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσία και με άνετο παρκιγκ Μεγάλα καθαρά δωμάτια . Το πρωινό πλούσιο για καθε γούστα. Οσο για το προσωπικό:ΑΨΟΓΟ,τοσο στα καθήκοντά,όσο και στην συμπεριφορά του. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή. Σίγουρα δεν θα χρειαστεί να ψάξουμε για αλλο ξενοδοχείο στην επόμενη επίσκεψη. Να είστε καλα Υγ:Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στα άτομα της reception κ στην υπεύθυνη του Bar.(Οι ελληνικοί καφέδες ηταν απο τους καλύτερους που εχω πιει!!!!!!!)

We stayed in this lovely hotel for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Just a short walk from the town, it is in a nice location (though the walk to the beach is a little far) and it is easy to pop out to the nearby shops. Our rooms were cleaned very well and towels/bedsheets were replaced frequently without needing to ask. The price was very reasonable as well. The only letdown was the breakfast, as the food was quite cold and the hot drinks machine was partially out of order. However for 7€ it was alright. Our room had a balcony as well as air conditioning and a fridge which was perfect for keeping cool. The pool was great, though quite basic. Overall, a really great experience staying here.

Samosstar tur araciligiyla oteli sectik.Otel konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Havuzu iyi.eski bir otel olması nedeniyle ciddi bir yenilik istiyor. Dusakabin yok. Şampuan yok.soyleyince getiriyorlar.kahvalti zayıf.ozensiz. klimadan böcek çıktı.calisanlar ilgisiz. Samos adasi ziyaretleri için bir iki gün idare ederim kusur aramam diyenler icin konaklamak uygun olabilir belki ama biz bir dahaki gelişimizde merope oteli tercih etmeyiz...

Eski bir otel, konumu güzel ancak zaten Karlovassi popüler bir destinasyon sayılmaz. Samosstar Tür kanalı ile gitmiştik. Ancak otelde ciddi eksikler var; 1- Yataklar özelliğini yitirmiş. Yaylar esnekliğini kaybetmiş. 2- Bazı odalarda duşkabin yok. Duş alırken banyo su içinde kalıyor. 3- Wifi zayıf, sık sık kopmalar oluyor. 4- Havlular düzenli olarak değişmiyor. Banyo şampuan kontrolü yapılmıyor. 5- Balkon pencere ve perdeleri sorunlu. 6- Klima düzenli olarak çalışmıyor. 7- Otelin ciddi bir tadilata ihtiyacı var.

Rezalet bir otel, klimalar kırık, balkon kapısı kapanmıyor, yatakların yayları içinize batıyor. Asansör gürültü ile sallana sallana çıkıyor maksimum 3 kişi. Kötünün de kötüsü ve şehrin tüm güzel noktalarına ulaşım taksi hariç yok. Bazı odalarda duşakabin dahi yok tabut gibi bir duşta perde ile yikaniyorsunuz. Tek alternatifiniz bu olmadığı sürece kalınmamasi tavsiye edilir.

Yataklar eskimiş, banyoda duşluklar çok dar, klima bazen çalışıp bazen çalışmıyor, wifi sık sık kopuyor, perde ve pencelerin tamir görmesi gerekir. Kısaca otelin iyi bir tadilat görmesi gerek. Personel iyi ama, sadece personel oteli kutarmaya yetmiyor . Eksikleri çok.

Hygienic, simple hotel, friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from beach or Karlovassi center. Small bathroom, beds could be more comfortable and new. Simple, small breakfast, fresh. In a very quiet area Rooms with nice balcony. There is mini bar in the room.

Excellent clean and well situated hotel near the center of Karlovassi. The hotel has been renovated and has an excellent pool and pool bar, big and confy rooms, excellent cleaning service, 5 star breakfast hand made and most importantly a very helpful and polite staff. I will surely visit again!!!
