The breakfast is so-so; it's the same every day! Slippers are not provided! It's quite quiet to sleep! There is a shuttle bus service to the exhibition! Overall, the price-performance ratio is OK!

We were attending a convention at Imperial World Samrong and this was within easy walking distance so we chose the hotel. The beds are hard. The breakfast is fairly limited on variety and sadly unless you come down at 07:00 when it starts, everything is cold. They have the facilities to keep it warm but just don’t seem to add the hot water. Such a shame.
There is a pool apparently but we didn’t bother even to check it out. The showers are good with excellent hot water
They have a free shuttle in the mornings to Imperial World or Samrong railway station which we used regularly.
Its location is perfect for the convention so yes I will stay again, but not for the food or bed. I think I will not order breakfast next time and save a few baht.

We booked a week and left after one day (without a refund).
It wasn't really clean, the furnishings were totally worn, the shower was clogged, the door to the balcony couldn't be locked. The walls are as thin as paper, as is the room door. You can hear a lot. The air conditioning is very loud and the outside unit is very close to the sleeping area. The compressor makes the entire headboard of the bed vibrate. The surroundings are very unpleasant. I can't believe the 4 star rating for the life of me (according to Google it's also a 2 star hotel...?)
