El hotel es encantador, repetimos estadía porque los paisajes son maravillosos (nos hospedamos en las suite que dan frente al cañón del río Magdalena.) Sin embargo, por el precio que hay que pagar, creo que al servicio en el comedor le falta un poco. La recepcionista de la noche, es mesera en la mañana, muy pocos (dos) atendiendo el comedor y les falta un poco de amabilidad. El desayuno lo sirven en desorden, si pides chocolate hay que esperar porque no está preparado, las tasas chorreadas y sin plato. Otro aspecto es que el sábado 4 de enero ofrecían música en vivo en la noche. Este empezó con algo de retraso e indicaron que tocarían 2 horas, el problema es que cerraron comedor y bar y la música apenas empezaba. Cuando nos retiramos prácticamente quedaron tocándole al personal del hotel que está limpiando y recogiendo todo. Sin embargo, mejorando un poco la atención al usuario, lo recomiendo y volvería encantada

Lugar súper lindo, perfecto para ir en familia, juegos, buena comida, linda vista, buena ubicación, silencioso, amable y en especial me encantaron las sonrisas y buena disposición de todo el personal. Es un hotel al que volvería y recomiendo completamente.

Vivir la experiencia mística de San Agustín en Masaya, fue perfecta para nosotros. Además de ser un hotel cómodo, se puede estar tranquilo, las construcciones están en comunión con la naturaleza, situadas a un costado y encima del cañón del río Magdalena. El personal te atiende muy bien, respetuosamente. El desayuno y lo que consumimos en el restaurante estuvo rico y los precios no tan altos como el de los hoteles en general.

muy buen HOTEL
reportamos que no llegaba agua caliente a la habitación nuestra y lo único que les faltó decir era que no diferenciábamos el agua fría de la caliente, lejos de asumir la responsabilidad. Fue el único *****, sino todo seria excelente. Se recomienda más menús en el restaurante, sobretodo al almuerzo o cena.

Un lugar maravilloso en todo el sentido. La conexión con la naturaleza, todos los espacios del hotel hermosos. Resaltamos la atención especial de Alejandra, Vanessa, Héctor, el equipo de cocina, el equipo del spa, don José con el tour en los caballos, su pasión al contar historias, la sra Olga en su acompañamiento en el parque arqueológico y la experiencia tan linda en tierra activa con Yilema y María Paula. Hicieron de nuestra experiencia en San Agustín algo mágico y memorable.

This is an amazing hotel, very friendly helpfull staff and superclean rooms. The view is spectular, and it is quiet but close to the city, easy acces to taxi's and the staff has different options for tours. Good breakfast. Good beds, and nice shower. The only thing is lacking is a fridge and a coffeemaker in the room, but the coffee in the restaurant is great so not a big problem.
