Les cabanons sont pittoresques et confortables. Dans notre chambre, chaque lit était équipé d'une moustiquaire. Nous étions à l'étage, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la vue sur la vallée dès le réveil. Le restaurant, où nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, est de bonne qualité. Il est même possible de se faire servir une boisson au bord de la piscine. L'hôtel propose plusieurs type de tours. Nous avons opté pour celui comprenant la visite de la grotte Las Marías K'an b'a (prévoir des chaussures de bateau ou des Crocs pour aller dans l'eau), la descente de la rivière en tubing, le déjeuner et la visite de Semuc Champey (prévoir des baskets pour la montée jusqu'au mirador). Notre guide, qui s'appelait Héctor, parlait anglais et quelques mots de français. Sa bonne humeur communicative a contribué à nous faire passer un agréable moment. Nous retiendrons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel et des services qu'il propose.

Not nice i was charged twice, booked through *******, and told me that ******* wasn’t gonna charge me, that it was for information purpose only, that i had to pay cash at check out. Turns out i paid cash, and ******* also charge my card :/. Got charge twice for the same booking
