The location is perfect, the service is first class, they are very attentive and always on top of everything, the breakfast they serve is delicious and complete.
I highly recommend them, the place is very cozy and quiet.
The entire team that works here makes your stay like being at home.

Excelente hospedagem! Gastei 15 minutos caminhando ate a praia e menos de 10 minutos caminhando ate o porto de onde saem os passeios de barco. Quarto limpo, cheiroso. Água quente no chuveiro. Ambiente decorado, muitas plantas da area externa, café da manhã uma delicia, jacuzzi com agua morna. Funcionarios simpaticos e muito atenciosos. Em especial, tenho que falar da Jenifer que nos atendeu tao bem e deu todo o suporte necessário, inclusive agendando passeios por um precinho bem bacana. Pra quem nao fala espanhol, Jenifer da uma atenção especial. Voltarei com certeza!

Buen servicio. El desayuno muy rico. Buena limpieza. El personal es muy atento, te recomiendan transporte y planes. El hotel queda a 20 min de la playa caminando a paso tranquilo, es una caminata agradable 6 segura. No escuchamos ruidos externos durante la noche, solo algunos huespedes cuando bajaban la escalera. En junio es temporada de lluvias en la isla, pero hay días de sol. No pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi 🙁

Estadia maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom, excelente trato dos funcionarios com os hóspedes, chuveiro com água quente. O hotel fica no centro de San Andres, dá uns 15 a 20 min de caminhada da praia principal, mas nada que atrapalhe muito. Vale muito a pena o custo/beneficio. Recomendo e voltaria.

Fui con mi pareja, primera vez conociendo San Andrés y la verdad fue unas vacaciones muy agradables, el hotel es amplio, la habitación es fresca, las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron lo mejor, está bien ubicado, la hospitalidad sin duda fue de lo mejor te hacen sentir en casa y los desayunos no tienen comparación, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, no dudamos en volver a ir.

Una excelente atención desde la llegada hicieron posible todos nuestros sueños de viaje en pareja. Muy recomendado para pasar la noche, agradable el equipo de servicio, y comercial. La comida muy buena y la ubicación apropiada. De verdad la pasarán rico aprovechando el presupuesto

Quero agradecer pelo ótimo atendimento, nos receberam as 7:00 da manhã com café da manhã sendo que o check in iniciava as 14 horas, a hospedagem aqui foi incrível, a localização é ótima, perto de tudo e um ambiente agradável, pouquíssimos lugares aqui na ilha tiveram um atendimento agradável como o que tivemos aqui no hotel, nos tratando de modo super simpático e carismático sempre, somos muito gratos, voltaremos para a ilha e para o Summer House inn, certamente indicaremos também.
