Estuve una semana en habitación superior. Bien la cama y el baño. Muy mala atención del personal. Cero servicio. Mal desayuno. TODOS los dias o mismo No funcionó la TV. Mala wifi. No volveria. La encargada de recepción no satisface los estándares mínimos de atención al cliente.

O hotel é muito inferior ao que parece nas fotos. Os banheiros não têm tapetes e o box não tem porta, molha tudo. A primeira vez que pedimos um tapete o atendente só olhou com uma cara de que sentia muito, mas sequer levantou pra verificar se tinha alguma forma de ajudar. O Frank e a senhora da limpeza são muito simpáticos e mais disponíveis pra ajudar, mas não compensam a falta de estrutura do lugar. Ainda tivemos a infelicidade de cruzarmos com 3 baratas no banheiro. Não recomendo!! Além do mais, eles recomendam uma empresa de passeios também totalmente despreparada para realizar as viagens. É uma confusão, marcam hora errada, o porto não tem nenhuma estrutura, o atendimento é péssimo. É um barato que não compensa!

Fomos muitíssimos bem recebidos pelo responsavel da Recepção, o Sr. Frank, que nos deu todas as informações e dicas sobre San Andrés. Nos sentimos acolhidos. A pousada é simples, porém bonita e limpa (muito importante informar que todos os dias existe serviço de limpeza pela manhã). As demais pessoas da equipe também são simpáticas. Quarto possui Smart TV com excelente acesso a internet. A única observação que deixo para os donos do empreendimento é que coloquem apoios no quarto e no banheiro, onde possamos pendurar nossas toalhas, roupas úmidas e principalmente produtos de higiene. Nosso quarto não tinha armário e cabides, e isto fez muita falta. No mais, vale a hospedagem. Excelente localização!

We were very disappointed with Ataraxy, we could not make it to our trip, my wife was hospitalize suddenly we notify Expidia and the hotel and Expidia was very nice to try to get a credit for us but Ataraxy will not accepted. we had other hotels booked and with the same situation they were understanding and gave us credit. We still are planning our trip but will not stay at Ataraxy. We felt no compassion or sympathy together unseen circumstances.
We appreciate Expidia who did a great job with cancel all our bookings. Thanks

The accommodation surprised us, we stayed for just one day to wait for a layover and we liked it. The room we stayed in was very large, comfortable, with a giant TV. Location close to the center. Shower doesn't have hot water, but that's common there.
