Nos quedamos 4 días ( es el cuarto hotel Decameron que visitamos ) y este es el resumen: Instalaciones bastantes descuidadas y dañadas. Las puertas de la habitación no cerraban bien y los baños tenían manchas bastantes desagradables. En la zona común hubo una grieta / hueco en el piso con una demarcación de peligro todo el tiempo , por ende nunca salimos dejando a nuestra hija caminar sola. La actitud y servicio fue bastante malo … ir a comer era saber que la mayoría de los empleados estaban muy ocupados para atendernos y que tendriamos que esperar y pedir servicio varias veces ( teníamos que pedir 2 o 3 veces por tener cubiertos y un café , Ninfa fue algo inmediato o que nos recibieran sin pedirlos). El wifi dentro de la habitación nunca funcionó ( le dijimos a las dos recepcionistas y nunca nos dieron una solución o se disculparon) . La piscina tenia manchas en el fondo que nos hizo rechazar cualquier acercamiento a este lugar. El baño social / comunal es un desastre … no le tome foto porque daba asco subir la foto acá … Es un hotel low cost q si vas con familia , NO lo recomendamos.

Me encanto la tranquilidad del hotel, la atencion de todos los empleados del hotel. me encanto su ubicacion en el centro y cerca a la playa spratt bight. dormí placentero en mi cama y mi edredon superacolchado , tuve la mejor habitacion. tenia balcon o mirador en mi habitacion con salida al mar y pude observar los mejores amaneceres de mi vida, los mejores atardeceres de san andres y los colores tan bellos del mar, tuve la oportunidad de visitar los otros hoteles decameron y tengo la mejor experiencia. fue un viaje soñado mis papas y se me pasaron muy rapido los 5 dias que estuvimos alli. añoro volver pronto a la isla no se pierdan la oportunidad de disfrutar de esta bella isla, de este bello paraiso y de disfrutar de los hoteles Decameron

Lamentablemente el primer día tan pronto entramos a la habitación habia una cucaracha, las paredes de la habitación tienen bastantes parches oscuros que pareciera ser un hongo. Durante la mañana del segundo día una RATA salió de un arbusto y recorrio el borde de la piscina hasta el muelle. Por otra parte, la calidad, consistencia de las bebidas preparadas de la barra no era la mejor, al final decidimos sólo pedir bebidas que ya estaban listas no las que se preparaban. La comida fue 50/50, la mitad fueron muy buenas, la otra mitad fueron horribles (había insectos en ma lechuga).

Terrible instalaciones en abandono . Sucio no da gusto quedarse aquí todo como ven donde sirven los snacks parece plato de perro … las sillas de la piscina manchadas … se ve …. Las sillas de los comedores percudidas se ve que nunca han lavado z…. Es un lugar abandonado no volvería nunca a ninguna de las líneas de sus hoteles , me cambiaron de habitación y aunque estaba aparentemente limpia ya con lo que vi en la anterior y con las instalaciones quiero irme de aquí y devuelvan mi dinero pero ahora me dicen que debo esperar hasta mañana ! No vengan !

Se você está esperando um all inclusive como demais resorts do Caribe ou nordeste brasileiro, não é nada disso. O restaurante serve apenas a la carte, nem mesmo o café da manhã é buffet, e o cardápio contém algumas opções de pratos prontos. Os quartos do hotel são extremamente antigos, necessitando de manutenção básica, sequer possuem tomadas junto às camas. A limpeza geral também deixa muito a desejar. Os funcionários, porém, foram simpáticos e disponíveis. De modo geral, falta muita estrutura para turismo internacional.

If you’re only reading the first sentence, here it is: DONT STAY HERE! Los Delfines is hardly a 2 stars hotel. Hotel property is poorly maintained. Rooms are extremely small, outdated, in desperate need of repairs and renovation. We were accommodated at room 223, where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and condensation drips flooded the sink right beneath it. Bathroom amenities were nonexistent. Three hair conditioners and no soap or shower gel. Shower didn’t work: almost - REALLY! - almost no water flow (I have videos) and no hot water. The room telephone was not working, so we couldn’t call the front desk to complain. There’s no sound treatment, so we slept by the sound of the competing songs playing on the street bars and restaurants. As it rained at night, we woke up to a flooded room. At this tiny room, with no place for the luggages, we left them on the floor. Only to find out that the room was flooded and our stuff were soaking wet. Restaurant is a mess. Terrible service. Worse food. And they lie when they say it’s 5 resorts in 1. You have to make reservations to use the other hotel’s restaurants, and the app doesn’t work. It was a nightmare! Felt like in a terror movie. Booked for three nights and checked out after the first night. Bottom line: don’t even think, don’t go there.

Hotel muito degradado a precisar de uma grande remodelação. Os funcionários são na generalidade simpáticos mas tudo o resto é mau, até a limpeza. Cortinados do quarto sujos e meio caídos, interruptores que não funcionam, não há forma de acender ou apagar as luzes estando na cama, a água não é potável mas apesar disso não colocam água nos quartos, é tudo mau demais para um hotel que se diz de 4 estrelas e que nem 3 deveria ter.

En general Decameron ya no es como era, han perdido mucho servicio al cliente y excelencia en alimentación e instalaciones. La relación precio-beneficio es muy distante, están a un paso de convertirse en on vacarían que pesar. Bueno espero puedan atender las sugerencias y mejorar.

Es pésimo el servicio de restaurante: hay poca variedad y es absolutamente demorado. Las habitaciones que quedan sobre la calle son ruidosas y les hace falta mantenimiento. No recomiendo. Yo no volveré a esa hotel jamás.
