Un hotel cómodo, con buenas instalaciones. Sólo reforzaría la rapidez en la atención de los y las meseras, la cobertura del wifi y agregaría deportes acuáticos no motorizados a lo que ofrece el recinto. Muy buena ubicación, céntrico y cerca de todo.

Que triste que un hotel de tanta tradición y que supuestamente es uno de los mejores en San Andres, su reputación este quedando por el piso por los empleados inescrupulosos e indefinidos que allí tienen, pues no tienen ningún reparo en esculcar maletas y bolsos para robar pertenencias y clonar tarjetas; y así de esta manera desocupar las cuentas. Lo anterior lo expreso porque me hospede en ese hotel del 14 al 16 de junio con unos amigos y este robo no solo me paso a mi sino también a las personas con las que iba.

Es la primera vez que estoy en este hotel, llegué a las 7 de la.mañana y empezaron los problemas. Me informan que la habitación recién me la iban a entregar entre la 3 y 7 pm. Dejaron a las tres familias literalmente tirados en el loby con 30 grados de calor. Para seguir con las sorpresas me ofrecen pagar 60 dólares para hacer uso del hotel, eso si no tenía licuar donde cambiarme. Entiendo que hay horarios que respetar pero esto es un abuso ya que en cualquier hotel minimamente ofrecen algo de comodidad y poder tomar algo fresco. Sinceramente no recomiendo este hotel por el destrato con los huéspedes. Aclaro cuando llegamos éramos dos familias que sin ningún problemas nos podían brindar algún tipo de colaboración.

Hotel muy común, muy mal manejo de zonas comunes, poca variedad en los restaurantes, actitud del personal no es la mejor, las instalaciones del restaurante no cuenta con ventilación y la poca que hay esta en mal estado. Es terrible relación precio-beneficio

Lo UNICO bueno que tiene es la playa. PESIMO servicio y comida MALISIMA. Las habitaciones estuvieron ok, tienes lo necesario y te dejan una botella de agua diaria, lo cual me pareció bueno. Pero no te dejan ni una toalla de mas … por mas de que vean una toalla (de cara) bajo el gotero del aire acondicionado, no te reponen la toalla en el baño.

Las habitaciones son cómodas con vista al mar, esta en frente de una de las playas mas visitadas cerca al centro de la ciudad, sus piscinas son agradables, con instalaciones amplias. Disfrutamos el SPA, y es de 10 de 10 en cuanto a precio y calidad.

Mala atencion del personal. El check in era a las 15:00 y recien nos dieron la habitaciones a las 17:00, encima en esas 2hs de espera nos dieron la opcion de pagar un plus para poder usar los servicios del hotel. Ademas dice tener internet gratuito pero es solo en la zona de entrada, no llega a las habitaciones.
