Hotel Acantilado de La Tierra

Mi esposo & yo visitamos este hotel con las mejores expectativas al ver tan buenos comentarios de otros viajeros & estamos completamente decepcionados. Empezando al llegar por la noche ( 8 pm) nos recibieron de muy mala gana, resulta que el hotel solo tiene cocina 1 hrs 30 min por comida al día & tienes que avisar con anticipación si vas a querer comer algo dentro de sus horarios, así que nos dijeron que ya no podíamos comer & que no podían brindarnos nada más que unas botellas de agua que obvio nos vendieron $$$ Al despertar por la mañana nos trataron fatal en el desayuno & NO hay opciones, es lo que ellos dicen & punto. Lo único rescatable es la vista, pero prepárate para que te traten de una forma muy grosera e indiferente, cabe mencionar que no hay servicio de bebidas ni snacks ni nada durante el día . La habitación estaba deteriorada & no sube el agua caliente. Éramos los únicos huéspedes & aún así no tuvieron disposicion en nada, así que terminamos optando por estar todo el día fuera del hotel. Está muuuuy lejos del centro. Les aconsejo que no confíen & busquen otro lugar.

Beautiful facilities, mostly very friendly and helpful people, spectacular food, you have to rent a vehicle to move between the beaches and the hotel, everything is very quiet, fresh air.

An incredible rest, the cabin was large, clean, comfortable, sea view, king-size bed, or rather I can't wait any longer. The food is delicious, the pool is incredibly clean even when it is surrounded by vegetation. Point to highlight: The attention is great, from everyone without exception.

It is a very good hotel without a doubt, the attention of its workers makes you feel comfortable and very special, the facilities are beautiful, the rooms are cozy and the bed is very comfortable, I only suggest having a transportation service to take you out of the place … otherwise everything is fine. The rooms are spectacular. Chef Omar is super good. All delicious meals. Yeimer's attention is super attentive and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean Clean pool with a spectacular view Everything about the hotel is amazing. The only thing they lack is to offer transportation service due to the location they have.
