Atendentes muito prestativos e educados. Amigáveis e alegres. A estrutura do hotel é ótima e ficamos em um quarto incrível, enorme, com um banheiro muito espaçoso e uma super varanda. O Room Service era muito eficiente e tudo pedido foi atendido. Não há o que reclamar. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos. Café da manhã excelente!

O hotel é ótimo, a vista do quarto é incrível, quarto amplo, café da manhã com muito variedade e sem repetir, atendimento excelente. Hotel bem localizado. Única crítica é que as tolhas de banho dos quartos estão velhas e encardidas, o hotel precisa renovar o estoque. Mas de modo geral o hotel é maravilhoso.

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado, no centro da cidade perto da praia, local da onde saem os passeios e restaurantes! Atendentes simpáticos! Café da manhã excelente, um dos melhores! Piscina muito boa, eles disponibilizam toalhas! Quarto grande e amplo, com janela incrível com vista lindaa pro mar! Cama poderia ser melhor e lençóis também pro nível nível do hotel. Banheiro bom, grande, com água quente mas poderia ser melhor limpo o chuveiro, presença de areia nos canto, janelas tbm um pouco sujas e sem manutenção. Talvez uma reforma simples fosse necessária. No geral eu recomendo muito esse hotel! Água quente é ouro na ilha! Muito bom!

Sawami was okay. Our Suite included a balcony with an amazing water view and a large window overlooking a marina. The free buffet breakfast was delicious and offered many food options. After visiting the restaurant at the beautiful Aquamare, I considered changing hotels, as Aquamare is located in a better area, and the restaurant was amazing.
