Very nice hotel, the front desk is very friendly, the room is also very clean, and the hot water is sufficient. It's just that the air conditioner is too cold, and it's a bit cold at night.

Good morning. I ended the stay. Only the elevator was a bit slow or the demand for them was too big. The service to enter the room was good. I found clean sheets and clean trash bins. Respect for personal items. Excellent lobby and Hard Rock Cafe food and music except for the pool The suggestion should be for children, such as swings, some chorreras with entertainment will be the perfect playground. Nice hotel. Love the room, rest Hard Rock Café and all the layout and decoración of the hotel. Parking free. ****** and Music available.
No like- is too cold everywhere, Actually the Pools have cold Water. The TV no channel have to sign in with your Netflix account.

Hotel doesnt look bad. Parkin is good and clean. Problem is some one decided to rent out a space for a restaurant on the 6th floor with live loud musix by rooms. We rented two suites. Suites are only located on 6 th floor right next to this loud live music. Frt desk didnt help, they sd it was not under their control
Shower head was fallin off wall. Water pressure is very poor. Staff communicated next day after a claim with Marriot Bonvoy only to promise some refunds and not comin thru on what they promised. Its a shame this property with this potential is so poorly managed and directed.
