Our second night there we kept hearing an awful banging sound (imagine your washing machine when it is off balance). We called the office at 8:30 pm and were told someone would come right up. No one ever came. It turned out to be one of the elevators. It was deafening all night long. Three kids and no one slept at all.

We travelled to San Antonio for our 13th wedding anniversary. Staying at Marriott hotel on the Riverwalk was a great choice! As we checked-in, we were greeted by a very nice front desk, Ms. Katayoon. She provided us a brief overview of the hotel such as amenities and services as well as recommendations of things to do around the area. She’s so helpful and just simply amazing! We also upgraded to a suite which was perfect for my family. Room was very comfortable and clean. Overall we love the excellent service and convenience since the hotel is situated on the Riverwalk and few steps to the mall. We would definitely staying at this hotel the next time we visit San Antonio!

Upon arrival we were greated outside by the vallet. They were friendly and helpful. As soon as we checked in with our reservation we were enthusiastically welcomed and on a personal note it was my husband’s birthday so the staff wished him a happy birthday and gave him treats. We were upgraded to junior suite with a beautiful view of the city. Our entire stay was breathe taking and the staff was phenomenal. They were friendly courteous respectful and personable. Truly it was like I was spending time with family. We had such an incredible time I will be talking about this experience with everyone I know until we go and stay with you again. We had such a wonderful time we are already planning another trip and spending it with you. You are absolutely the best. Thank you for everything.

Room was wonderful, clean, & had an awesome view that rivals the “Tower of America” The Tribune (lobby restaurant/bar) were wonderful, kind, very informed & cared for us The front desk staff greeted us with so much courtesy & kindness. This hotel is my favourite Marriott hotels!

Excellent service throughout our stay in this beautiful hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and continue to come back to this property as it’s one of the best run hotels in San Antonio. Felipe at the check in counter was great to deal with and extremely personable. The online concierge also was able to accommodate my requests quickly and efficiently. Top notch !!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also, Fernando took great care of us in the Tributary restaurant and made us so comfortable! Made our visit the best experience!! The food was excellent!! Make sure to try the barbecoa!
