Great hotel for the price. Everything we needed and in a great location that was close to many restaurants. The breakfast wasn’t that bad either. The only thing I didn’t care much for was the bed and pillows. The bed was pretty firm and the pillows were extremely soft. Other than that it was a great experience and would most definitely stay there again.

Everything was above and beyond especially the staff, Ms. Jaine took the time to make me feel welcome greating me every morning. Thank you Marriott, the staff is genuinely the friendliest, making you a special guest. You hired the best people!

The room was very nice and cleaned when arrived. Janie was very helpful and respectful to us when we kindly asked if we can go back into our room for something we forgot. Thank you Janie. Excellent room service and awesome employees…………………..

Stay frequently for work, usually a couple weeks a month! Rooms are always clean. If something is needed, they are quick to bring it right to the room. Janie is always around to help and make sure your stay is great! I continue to choose this hotel for work trips!

Residence Inn RIM is a great spot with clean rooms and good breakfast, but great people! Janie is my favorite as she always stops to say hello and check in on things. Highly recommend for anyone who is in the San Antonio area and wants a place to stay you can count on!

Hotel facilities are just good, our room had no microwave and one of the shampoo bottles suddenly felt from its place and broke. No pillows were available wen arrived, we had to ask for them, sofa was bad and broken, courtains were damaged and not working properly. Receptionist and all staff were very kind with us, spacial thanks to Andrea!

I would like to leave a review about the Hotel and it's staff, the Hotel is excellent, very clean and the staff is very friendly, professional and courteous! The staff which includes Ivet and Janie are especially awesome! they assist you with anything you need always asking if you need anything always working hard treat you like family greet and wish you a good day, just very sweet. I ask them when do you all go home, they are always there at the hotel working hard cleaning, kitchen, laundry, etc. You have some really great employees! Keep up the work! Highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It smells so beautiful when you walk in. The restaurant across the court yard is excellent as well and Starbucks too. Plan to stay again.

Excellent location! Has a fire pit, and courtyard games! Close to Fiesta Texas, shopping and great restaurants! Super friendly staff!! Madison and Franco were extremely accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and housing staff Janie and Yvette were super kind! Pillows are super comfy too!!

The Residence Inn is a very nice property with friendly staff. My room was clean and housekeeping was good during my stay. Breakfast is your typical complimentary continental. The workout room is small, however well equipped. Be aware there is a $10 charge per day for parking. Seemed a bit odd at a property located in the suburbs of San Antonio as I have never had a parking charge at a suburban Residence Inn, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, or Hilton Garden Inn before. I had a maintenance issue in my room that was not resolved the first day after reporting it. Took a second stop at the front desk to get the issue fixed. If I didn’t experience this maintenance problem I would have ranked the property 5 stars.

The hote was very confortable and we feel like at home. Cleanness was good and the team was very polite, specially Erick, the house man. He was very nice to us and helpful all the time. He Help us with the logage and with the bath amenities every time we need it.

If you’re in San Antonio, this is where you will want to be staying & resting. Besides the already great amenities offered, the team at this place is out of this world for lack of better words. A heartfelt thank you to Janie, Franco, Celica & Christian. While here for work purposes, you all made sure I felt welcomed & well taken care of. I cannot appreciate you all enough for all you did & dealing with me being locked out 10+ times. I will be back in February & I’ll be sure to request staying with you all again.

We were in town for our Military Reunion and the staff made it that much better. They were always helpful with smiles that made us feel we were welcomed. They even played along with one of our pranks on one of our brothers. Thank you George, James, Sid, Cel, Madison Marisa and Letty. Hats off to Selena, Franco and Christian for hiring the right personnel with the right attitudes and personalities! We are looking forward to our next visit...and looking forward to staying at this same facility.

Staying at the residence inn felt safe since they have security that patrol throughout the day and Night, and they also have security cameras. The front desk employees are very nice and will assist you with any concerns you have. If you want to get that extra safe environment the security that drives around has a number on there car you can call for any suspicious activity you notice.

It all started with a good Check in Experience. We loved our suite. It just felt cozy. It has a fully equipped Kitchen including a dishwasher, full size refrigerator to name a couple of features. The entire room was cleanI really enjoyed breakfast from waffles to We have a toddler who loves to stomp and it didn't sound like most hotels where you can hear all the noise. It was like sound proof. I will highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back. Visit their website so you can see all the features because too many to list here.
