Clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice area-feels safe. Great buffet breakfast. Nice personnel. Close to things to do-River Walk, Alamo, SeaWorld, etc. Quiet. Near restaurants and stores, Close to Lackland AFB. 1BR with kitchen suite is homey and comfortable. NEED i-room safes, however.

Consistent Homewood Suites, although it is in dire need of renovation, which, coincidentally, is ongoing right now (January 2024). The service was abysmal at best, and I cannot recommend this hotel. The location, near Lackland AFB (Joint Base San Antonio) is its biggest benefit.

El Internet es bueno, el colchón y las almohadas son cómodos, el agua de la regadera es buena, es decir, tiene buena presión y sale agua caliente rápido y sin problemas. Los problemas son la limpieza por un lado; el ruido entre una habitación y otra; si toca que hay niños, por ejemplo, ya no se pudo descansar; y el servicio de la recepción que es pésimo. Pedimos en repetidas ocasiones que hicieran la limpieza del cuarto, y después de siete días de estancia, solamente tendieron la cama y nos trajeron toallas limpias y eso porque se lo pedimos a una de las personas de servicio. En la recepción son muy amables y dicen que sí a todo, pero no hace nada. Y culpa al huésped, diciendo que dejó el letrero de no molestar, lo cual es mentira. Nos tocó ver un alacrán, Las alfombras súper sucias y la regadera de piso blanco estaba algo negrosa. Jamás volveríamos a llegar aquí.

The laundry facility is sketchy due to utilizing a card for running your laundry needs with 3rd party vs complimentary means. You don't know how much of a charge was taken. Recommend having hotel management control this so if there are any questions, the management can control whatever repairs to be made

Great stay ! A bit dated but clean Smells so fresh as soon as you enter the hotel Erica went above & beyond to give us an early check in & late checkout We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast but it looked & smelled great would definitely stay here again

In town for our son's BMT graduation. The comfortable seating area in the 2 queen suite was good for visiting & relaxing. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We all appreciated the genuine & friendly staff. The breakfast was different each day, with a lot of options. Staff worked hard to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Hotel seems very well run in every way. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Used ***********, manager pretended she didn’t know, even after I handed her my phone so that she could read the email. Put a hold on my card for $200 instead of the $25 per night that she initially stated. Lied during the investigation by Hilton.

Great location if going to Sea World. We were able to pick the room we wanted online, so picked the top floor near the stairs. We had our dog with us, so wanted easy access to outside (but didn't have anyone above us and on one side). Clean lobby. Clean hall areas and breakfast area. Room looked inviting. Kitchen was fully stocked well. Full size refrigerator, which was great for our ice packs we had with us. The office chair on both arm rests were missing most of the leather, looked pretty messed up. Their are no USB ports (luckily I brought 1 adapter, but it wasn't enough for all our electronics). Bed was comfortable for the one night (the bed seemed hard when we first laid down, but got a good night sleep). Their was mold in the shower, but luckily not places our body touches. Breakfast was ok. My husband tried the breakfast and didn't care much for it. They do have a waffle maker, which was great.

The staff are very friendly, and the facility was very clean. The breakfast was amazing with the Texas shape waffles and fresh fruit bar. I really enjoyed the Wednesday night beer and wine night which provided additions such as cheese, soup and salad, and additional sweets. I can’t wait for my next visit to San Antonio.
