Great rooms for a great price. Front desk staff is really nice and helpful. Bring your snacks and mixers because our room had a nice size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Great value

Really enjoyed the stay here. Staff was great. Rooms large and good for families. Location is fantastic on RiverWalk and walkable to everything downtown. Alamo, restaurants, etc.

This place is right in the river walk and not far from shopping and dining. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

Hotel should say that parking is not included and that valet parking is $50 and across parking is $37 so on top of our stay we had to spend another $80 on parking. Overall the room is nice and next to the Riverwalk.

I really liked this Hotel, but I would never stay again as they do not have parking lot, you will be charge for another. $50

Wonderful location halfway between the Alamo and market square. We used ParkWhiz to pre-book parking across the street at the Rand garage (which has a drive through chick-fil-a on the street level. The staff was AMAZING! They even called us a cab for dinner at the Tower ($10 trip btw) We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everything was beautiful. Yes, our rooms were very spacious, especially the Riverview room. Did not like the fact that the pool was only 3ft deep, but didn't have time to swim anyway. Loved the valet. No hidden fees. All prices were upfront. We did plan ahead of time. Yes, I would come back and stay again. Thank you.

I did not like the availability of parking. Two options only, parking garage for $35 overnight or valet for $50 per night, there should be mention that there is no on property parking before booking.

The property does not have any of their own parking so you have to pay for external parking or do valet, which can be pricey. Other than that the rooms were very nice and clean and had lots of amenities. The breakfast was good and the staff was always willing to help. The area in some of the surrounding areas around the outside have a lot of homeless people sometimes come up and ask for money.

We had a great stay. Everything was beautiful and felt cery safe and comfortable. The beds are comfy. The hotel is at a very convenient place where a grocery store and a chick-fil-a, burger place,is just walking distance.
