I only stayed for 1 night my only issue was the person next to me. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it was clean.

Our stay was the worst. We booked our room online with a good price for 2 nights. Then we get there to check in, and then the dam front desk hits us with we had to put a 100 dollar deposit. So we get to our room and it looks nice but then we find out there is no hot water to shower. Then the dam door handle breaks off on our main room door. We go and inform the office to just say ok I put it back and to just do it light and not to be rough with the handle. So then I went to open the door again for it to fall right back off again. My husband then went back to the front desk to tell him to get us another room. He did. But then that rooms ac did not work. We slept in the hot ass room until we couldn't anymore. We checked out at 5:30 in the morning this morning. That's just ridiculous. Omfg. That was the worst experience stay ever. .never again will we stay there again.

Great location

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located in the city center. It is very convenient to get there. The breakfast is not good. It only gives you a bag of dry food, a biscuit, and a small apple. The coffee is also very average. There is an open space. When the time is up, No more supplies!

Clean

I was trying to go there on vacation but with my wife. But I started getting car problems when I got there. I had to get my car towed from SA to Houston. I only stayed at the hotel for 2 hours and they could not give me a refund. I never even stayed at the hotel, I had an emergency and had to leave. They would not refund my stay. Still this day, I could not get a refund for a hotel stay for not even using.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The soundproof rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and having a microwave in the room was incredibly convenient for heating up leftovers. Plus, the free WiFi made it easy to stay connected.

The laundry facilities at Super 8 Downtown allowed me to pack light for my trip. Perfect for budget-conscious travelers!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The family room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast spread was delicious, and the outdoor pool provided endless fun for the kids.

Inside room lock was broken, so we couldn't latch it. The toilet seat was loose, so we had to be careful sitting on it. The hotel smelled like a sewer. The needs maintenance.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like valued guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
