Our organization hosted our annual conference at the Westin SA North. They were incredibly accommodating, because our original hotel had to cancel just a few months before our event and they were able to honor our date, needs and even the state employee hotel rate. The food was incredible and the service was excellent. Rosinie Camou with the banquet staff was attentive and responsive, assisting at each of our luncheons to ensure perfection. The rooms were comfortable and general look and feel of the hotel was nice. I would definitely recommend them!

Rooms are dated and not clean. The walls are paper thin and you can hear a person sneeze next door. The rooms are very dim and the bathroom is in need of a fast lift more than the rooms itself. Took two hours to check in arrival was at 4 got in room at 6. The food wasn’t good during the conference either and the continental breakfast was fruit and stale pastries.

We had booked at least 6 months in advance for a particular size room. A few days before our reservation as I was reconfirming, I was informed that we had been assigned to a smaller room and they would adjust the price for that. Some times that would have been acceptable, but in this case, it was a special occasion. I eventually canceled as they would not honor the reservation as originally made, and the explanations were not believable.

The bed was comfortable but the hotel was dirty. The pool was dirty, the rooms were not clean and they needed quite a bit of maintenance work. The HVAC returns were filthy, rooms were dark and dingy. We were in town visiting our son's family but I would not recommend it.

We had a great stay! The outdoor pool with spa is a plus! Staff was helpful and friendly. Great location near many restaurants.The walk up window for the coffee shop is a nice convenience. Looking forward to our next stay upon our return to San Antonio!

Love this hotel. Beautiful grounds. Well appointed rooms. Awesome staff. And very competitive rates. Special shout out to Barista Yolanda who can always be found with a smile and a willingness to aid in the coffee window next to Bolos. Pool, spa and sauna are amazing as well!

Room is clean.The bed was good. The staff( arjay ) is very helpful, the other staff as well specially when my wife as for a hot water they give her some for our daughter formula. However, if you would like to order doordash they wont let you go to the room to left the food at the door,need to be downstairs. The pool is okay but the time we swim its crowded a lot of people. When we ask for towels they no one who help us since the front desk is so busy helping other guest but they forgot to replace towels near the pool area. Overall our stay is good.

Amazing staff and attention!! We are truly grateful with Westin Hotel! We decided to do our conference here and since the first day we had a great treatment! Ms Ashley , Me Felix and Me Carlos thank you so much for your attentions, also Ms Rosie Camoy was great during our dinner!! Everything just perfect!
