Old property with musty smell

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Clean and uncluttered . Nice bar atmosphere and indoor / outdoor pools . Very quiet even though on the frontage of the interstate .
Definitely will stay here again .

We had booked at least 6 months in advance for a particular size room. A few days before our reservation as I was reconfirming, I was informed that we had been assigned to a smaller room and they would adjust the price for that. Some times that would have been acceptable, but in this case, it was a special occasion. I eventually canceled as they would not honor the reservation as originally made, and the explanations were not believable.

The only issue I could find was the restroom shower water kept running from the bottom while showering. There wasn’t an air vent in the shower. Other than that, everything was wonderful:)

I used to go when it was Omni. Now that is Westin is more expensive and they didn’t change anything. Just the name. I was expecting more.
