It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot.
Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee.
I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case.
When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot.
There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk.
As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash.
There is no way to adjust the bathroom water level at all. ㅠㅠ
You can only turn it on and off, and only the temperature can be adjusted. 😅

The hotel was beautiful as well as the location. The Wi-Fi did not work my entire trip and I was not able to do work inside my room.

Stayed here for a business conference and trade show. The hotel is great location and good layout and good amenities. The BEST part of the stay is the staff…wonderful attitude. So helpful, so friendly. This made the work week much better and they were so helpful with luggage and trade show assistance for set up etc. highly recommend.

the staff was largely friendly and very helpful. the food and dry goods provided in the hotel store were pretty lousy. My thermostate in my room wasnt very responsive and even on the coolest setting my room was stuffy

Grand Hyatt is one of the best place to stay in San Antonio, Texas. We spent 3 days with the family that includes Grand Club also. Staff are very accommodating most especially the one in Grand Club her name is Cindi Ortegon. You will feel comfortable dealing with her very pleasant personality. Thank you Ms Cindi!
