Wry nice, spacious, clean and mattes was not excellent but it was good enough. Pillows were good too. Staff super attentive and helpful. I paid a good price so was not expecting much but it was worth a lot more. Breakfast was decent too. 😃

The whole morning we got to hear the nice knocking banging of a headboard for two hours. I'm pregnant and my husband got the room for me to relax and get off my feet and rest. Also amenities were not correctly posted on site. The info stated pool was indoor. So I did not get to relax at all. Very disappointing having to leave more tired. More stressed all I wanted was a nice peaceful time with my husband before our twins were born. I really would like to speak to someone to give us another stay because this is horrible and it's not like we really can be splurging when we are about to have twins!!

The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is very nice with a lot of food options surrounding it. The major dings I would have to give is that once my husband and I entered our room, we noticed how hot it was, we weren't too upset about it because San Antonio was 100+ degrees but the fridge was broken and we couldn't keep our water cold. Once again, no biggie because we found an ice machine and made a "fridge" in the sink for our waters. Lastly, the room wasn't very clean, we could tell that the floors weren't vacuumed because there was candy and fibers or something on the floor sporadically. If we were staying longer than a night, I'm sure I would've been a little more pushy about needing some of the listed items above corrected. Overall I'd give my stay a 6/10. Hope this helps future guests!

Great value for money including location, facilities, and breakfast! San Antonio Airport is close and public convenience facilities are located nearby, making accessibility easy. I plan to use it often for the above reasons.

The elevator was down. Only one elevator was working. I waited almost 20 minutes at one point for an elevator. I had food in my room from outside and the ants got to it. I ended up leaving early because I was not satisfied for what I paid!

The condition of the hotel is not great right now. They are undergoing much needed renovations, but it is affecting the quality of the stay. For the most part, the customer service was excellent. There are definitely new crew members and it shows, but all in all the customer service is what saved this stay. The room is not up to par for the cost of the hotel. The room did not have outlets available near the bedside shelves. I was able to maneuver the shelf off the wall a bit to access the outlet, but it was cumbersome and not a good option. The shower would not drain even after a service request was put in. The toilet had to be repaired, as well. We had to request towels and coffee each time after housekeeping was completed. The "bar" was not stocked at all - no real choices. There was no whiskey.bourbon available and the employees stated that they had to get multiple management level approvals before any could be ordered. We were there for four nights and no one would be able to order a bottle in that amount of time. Minor inconvenience, but it is what matters to me and I take notice. I travel quite a bit for work, and this was personal so I wanted to enjoy it a bit more that I was able to.

Employees were very nice and professional. Rooms were very clean and had a great view of the city view in the room we were put in. Breakfast was good and breakfast area was very clean. The only thing we had a problem with was people and kids were being very loud in the rooms and in the hallway early in the morning and kept on slamming there doors a lot playing back and forth to different rooms. So with that it ruined our mornings by sleeping in a little and trying to enjoy some peace and quite. But either then that it was also a great location with having a lot of restaurants and stores to choose from near by.

We had to change rooms because the first room we got was disgusting. Our second room was also dirty, we even had cockroaches in our room. The property is under construction, and just waiting for the elevator was a hassle. Not using Hyatt Hotels anymore.

Room was very good but property overall is poorly maintained on the common areas Staff only do their work but are not really friendly

This room should have never been used. Smelled like industrial glue. All basic anemities were not there or working. The day time manager was callous and really not very engaged. We checked out and stayed at the Marriott river walk.

The lady doing the breakfast was really nice it would have been nice if she would have help by management some people didn't even get to eat while I was there all I was able to get was a bagel you need to hire her some help

I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. I tried to leave after the first night & they wouldn’t allow me to. They wanted to charge me the 2nd night. I basically was forced to stay there. Some things that bothered me: customer service was rude, renovations going on, bfast was mediocre, cooks were rude, housekeeping didn’t come empty trashes, I had to tell them to come and bring towels and they did not, front desk didn’t answer when called, the elevator sounded like it was going to breakdown any moment and someone pulled the extinguisher causing us to exit the building. This is not a good place to stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else that’s worth it. The hotel did nothing to accommodate me. I HATED OUR STAY.

Arrived at 5 pm and room was not ready until 6 pm. Also, they are renovated the property. Lots of noise.
