First time in San Antonio. Wanted to stay by the river walk and this hotel is right in the river walk. You can get to river walk by walking on the backside of hotel. Hotel has full gym, rooftop pool, rooftop bar, nice restaurant with some good tasting dishes, pleasure staff, convenient staff. Hotel is clean and new (fresh) feeling. The 21th floor was quiet. Good location . Recommend if in area.

Hotel is brand new. Everything is in perfect condition. The staff was excellent. Valet is $65 per night. (A little steep) but the whole stay was excellent. Thanks

Great place !! Customer Service excellent! The young lady who bartend at night was the best!! To top it off the hotel driver drop me off at a near by eatery and pick me up . The room is super clean! All the hotel staff were super nice! This place is definitely get a 5-star ⭐️

One night stay for Billy Joel/Sting Concert. Every person on staff was well-trained, superbly accommodating, and customer-service oriented. Truly perfect service on steroids. See photos of some wonderful folks. Also, thanks Stacie/Portia (sorry about spelling) for addressing and rectifying a disastrous valet parking experience. Y’all were great and I appreciate both of you. Wonderfully cozy room, great view, really comfortable bed, great bathroom, and speedy elevators. Breakfast was delicious. Lobster omelet - yes please. Tasty coffee too. I will be back on future trips to San Antonio. Diamond Elite member that was treated like a VIP. Top hotel with outstanding people.

El hotel es hermoso. Las habitaciones son cómodas. La piscina es espectacular. Muy bien ubicado. Excelente para descansar, pasear e ir de compras. El staff es lo máximo. Muy buen servicio. Prueben el omelette de langosta, es delicioso. Special thanks to Koby & Richard. They always provide good advise and excellent service!
