Staff was friendly and helpful, only downside was you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room and the a/c didn’t work well. We did not know that and would wonder why we would come back to our room not being cleaned. Other than that our experience was pretty good overall

If you want a full night rest. Do not stay here. The old building is very loud. If its not motorcycles zipping up and down the street until 2am it might be the delivery trucks that start unloading at 5am. Or maybe its the ice machine be filled up by every guest. It could also be the elevator dinging every 10 minutes all the way down the hall. The room was so small the beds were pushed against the wall. Thankfully it was clean and staff were pleasant. If you want a cheap place to stay close to the roverwalk bring your ear plugs.

I stay here because I was going to a concert at the Tobin Center, and is like 5 mnts walking distance, away from the Tobin Center! It was perfect for me!!

I don’t exactly feel like the area is safe. The room has a towel in the fridge the bathroom barely looks cleans and it’s definitely not what i was expecting. The rooms are also very tiny.

Very friendly staff and personnel. The front desk personnel were so very helpful when I forgot a few items in the room after checking out. Room was clean, a bit small but doable for the duration of the stay. Location of the hotel was excellent and within walking distance to the shops and Riverwalk.

Hotel is over 100 years old but they have modernized it while keeping historic fearures.
