My wife and I just visited San Antonio for the first time with our one year old. We have traveled a lot over the years but traveling with a little one has been very difficult. Having excellent customer service in the restaurant of the Westin has made our life so much easier. Madi has provided one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at any hotel/restaurant. We plan on returning in the coming years and we hope that Madi is still here providing the excellent customer service we have experienced for the last week of our stay. I’ve also included a photo of how happy our son as been to interact with her!

I had the impression that the training of employees was well done. The food was very good. The room was reasonably clean and there was no problem at all. I had the impression that it was a reliable hotel.
