There are many clichés about Liguria and the inability of its residents to provide a service to tourists that is worthy of the name; this hotel undoubtedly represents them all. I have rarely found so little availability, rudeness, absurd prices and lots and lots of improvisation and lack of professionalism. Strong and clear advice to future tourists: DO NOT choose this hotel!

Great hotel. Very friendly welcome at reception. Very clean as per almost all places in Italy. Affordable as we were bikepacking and wanting a break from camping. They let you keep your bikes in your room so they are nice and safe. I’d recommend it to anyone touring up the coast.

Bright and very clean hotel. It is located a few steps from the sea. Professional staff available at any time. We tried the restaurant: excellent quality products! Very good food and very well prepared dishes. The rooms are renovated and cleaned regularly! We will definitely be back!

Wir waren vom 05. bis 10. Mai 2024 mit Leitner Reisen an der Blumenriviera im Hotel La Marina in San Bartolomeo al Mare. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, bei dem alles gepasst hat. Das Personal im Hotel war überaus freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, zwar etwas klein, aber nachdem man ja nur ein paar Stunden darin schläft, ist das nicht relevant. Ein großer Balkon mit Meerblick war uns auch gegönnt. Das Essen war hervorragend. Am Abschiedsabend wurde uns ein überaus leckeres 7-Gänge-Menue serviert. Der Chef persönlich überraschte uns nach dem Essen mit einer selbstgebackenen Torte, die er uns mit Kerzen dekoriert servierte. Unser Busfahrer Christian und unser Reiseführer Marco taten ein übriges, um uns rundum wohl zu fühlen. Alles zusammen ein perfekter Urlaub.

I was in Liguria for work. Only hotel available LA MARINA. After seeing the photos on the site I booked. Unfortunately the room was terrible. Artistic weaves of electrical cables covered by old plastic ducts that ended in 80's plates and fruits. (I guess not up to standard) Horrifying bathroom! Shower with passage limited to a very slim person. As a finishing touch, a beautiful air conditioner drain duct ran along the side. There are several spots of mold on some walls. Limited cleaning but probably granted due to the retro terrazzo flooring. Price not consistent with the product offered. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. There is no need for an apologetic response from the property. I could only reply with the photos which would speak for themselves. A piece of advice, roll up your sleeves to bring the rooms that aren't decency to a level of decency. The start of the season is near.

Convenient location near the sea. As regards the structure, the room has 0 soundproofing, you could hear the neighbors talking and the TVs in the other rooms... I slept badly. Small bathroom, you can't turn around in the shower and there's no bidet. Cleaning? Very poor

I stayed with my family and we had a really bad time. The hotel is not soundproof, you can hear noises from other rooms. We had the bedroom that overlooked Via Aurelia and cars were constantly passing by. The breakfast room staff are rude and don't refill food.

I stayed here in December 2023, on an organized trip. Dilapidated structure, small and dirty rooms, in 3 days they never changed my linen even though I specifically asked for it every morning. The food was terrible, inedible, and scarce. On the last day we found the suitcases in disarray, as if someone had rummaged inside, and in fact one girl had her company cell phone stolen which she had hidden well among her clothes. Absolutely not recommended
