Overall, it's good. The room is quite big and clean. The location is also very convenient. It's more than 60 kilometers away from the desert outlet. You can get to the hotel just after getting off the highway.

I was greeted very rudely along with rude dining. I was very hesitant to approach the conflict as I did not want my stay to be worse, I also came across roaches in my room. I spoke with management about all the issues with my stay

It was a lovely hotel with impeccable staff...there was a collegiate event going on, so it could have been a little more quiet late at night and early in the morning, but we were pleased overall.
