Shower temperature was inconsistant, luke warm the first two days, but I did have hot water on day 3. Otherwise all good. I would have liked to try the pool but weather and schedule didn't allow. Maybe next time.

Dirty underwear found in dresser drawer. The room could have used a second chair since there was two of us. Holes in the walls needed patching. And the mattress seemed really worn out.

My metric is would I stay here again and unfortunately I would not. Now, for the money it was definitely stayable so if you're on a budget it's not terrible. However, be aware this place allows long term stays and that brings with it ppl that require that. There was a couple families staying there that had several little kids and some teenagers. The older boys were smoking **** and loud until about 4 am. This was an issue for sleeping. The other issue for sleeping was the fact that my room did not have the ability to black out the windows. There was a blackout curtain but the design was such that you couldn't completely cut off the light and it was a lot of light getting in. That was more annoying than the **** and partying. So like I said won't stay here again but if you need a cheap place just ask to have a room with better curtains and placed where long time tenets aren't.

Nice quiet hotel, stand for 2 nights with my son. Nice rooms, looks newly remodeled. Manager was great and helpful. Swimming pool was clean.
