El hotel es bonito y limpio, con habitaciones cómodas, el único tema, es el elevador, tarda mucho, porque suben la comida por ahi, hasta el 7o piso y tuvimos que subir y bajar varias veces por escaleras

Para el precio pésimo servicio, instalaciones deficientes, no había wi fi en la habitación teníamos que estar pidiendo que revisaran varias veces, una lámpara y TV no funcionaba, jabón no dejaron entre otras cosas.

Fui a una habitación interna, horrible. Da contra una pared mugrienta, caños y cables y es oscura. La pintura de la habitación está descascarada, los azulejos del baño, rotos. No tardes más de 5 minutos en bañarte porque el agua sale fría. Dice wifi gratuito. Sólo hay wifi en el lobby y muy mala. Como no hay wifi en las habitaciones, la TV tampoco anda. No hay ni una silla, ni nada. Dice desayuno gratuito, y cobran $ 7.000..! Muy buena ubicación y el lugar del desayuno tiene linda vista.

Hotel 3 estrellas, categoria turista. La ubicacion es fantástica. Como recomendación es elegir habitaciones con vista al lago. Desayuno sencillo pero con una vista fabulosa en el piso 9. Tuve que pedir cambio de habitacion porque la cisterna del inodoro no andaba bien y al otro dia me cambiaron. A destacar es que nos cambiaban las toallas todos los dias. Buena relacion precio-calidad.

Very well located (near of the Main Street, best restaurants and coffee shops). The crew’s hospitality and support are great. Simple and comfortable room, very clean. You have an amazing view of the lake and the mountains during the breakfast.

Hotel con habitaciones internas pésimas, baño horribles, llegan turistas con pésimas prácticas, desorden en la noche, peleas, etc. En otras páginas dice 3 estrellas pero es mucho una. La atención en la recepción es a suerte de como este la persona en ese momento, cero ayuda para cambio o atención clara. No se engañen con las fotos, mejor buscar otras alternativas.

Pésimo el servicio en el hotel plaza. Llegamos a las 10 de la noche y nos dieron la habitación 805. Pésima la acústica de la habitación. Por la ventana, que estaba cerrada, entraban todos los ruidos de la calle, de los edificios vecinos, incluso se escuchan las voces de las personas que andan por la vereda, y eso que estábamos en el 8vo piso. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche, por el ruido del ascensor, de la gente que camina por los pasillos. Y cuando por fin pudimos conciliar el sueño a las 6 de la mañana, las chicas encargadas del desayunador empezaron a hablar en voz alta, reirse a carcajadas, revoleando cubiertos, platos, sillas... no hay respeto por el huésped qué intenta descansar, era como una fiesta desde las 6 de la mañana... Pésimo pésimo el servicio. Como huésped uno minimamente espera poder descansar.... pero lamentablemente en este hotel no se respeta. Nunca volveremos a este lugar y no lo recomendamos... Una vergüenza...
