Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it was a bit tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.

I was a bit disappointed. I felt like a number. Breakfast was not varied. Cold scrambled eggs, 5 dollars for a small latte.

The room was OK, but the floor was too low and I couldn't see the lake view. The front desk staff was nice and patiently answered some questions.

Habitaciones cómodas, buen desayuno. Mozos muy amables y atentos al igual que el recepcionista Lautaro. Le quito una estrella porque no me gustó el trato de la receocionista Agustina, bastante antipática y miraba con desdén, habría que explicarle que si no le gusta tratar a turistas de dedique a otra cosa. El único punto flojo.

The hotel is ok, the view is marvelous. The bathroom is very small, and the pillows are not as in the other Hampton Inns.
We send some clothes to the laundry and it was not fold not even iron.

Everything was ok, except: they have a 24/7 snack bar. They charged 4,500 pesos in my credit card for a 6 oz cup of coffee, which would be ok, except that the day i got it the person at reception mentioned it was 3,000 and some one else in the reception said 1000.
Looks like people in reception are not clear regarding the item prices in the snack bar.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very new (only a few years old) and is very close to the center of town. Great view of the town and lake. The included breakfast is terrific. I highly recommend staying here.
