Thank you to all the lovely and helpful staff at this wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was plentiful with a varied choice, oh and delicious. The spa was excellent after a hard day on the slopes. The shuttle bus worked perfectly, up the steps from the boot room, into the bus and out at the gondola, easy! The area of Alta Badia is varied and you’re not far from the Hidden Valley and Cortina. Would we recommend this hotel? most definitely. So much so we’ve booked for next year. Looking forward already to our return. Grazie!

Esperienza fantastica, tornare al Park Hotel Diamant ti fa sempre sentire a casa, nel segno però della professionalità e cordialità. Lo staff è molto attento alle esigenze della clientela e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ristorante vario e ricercato. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili.

è un albergo magico, accogliente, non vorresti mai andare via, la gestione della famiglia Rudiferia ti fa sentire come un ospite d'onore, la loro gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia ti accoglie e ti agevola in tutto. soggiornare qui fa risplendere le tue giornate come diamante incastonato tra le dolomiti. è il terzo anno che veniamo!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. We had a “clean air” room, which was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the mountains. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent too. The hotel is in a great location in San Cassiano, which is a charming village. Easy transport by bus, on foot or by the nearby gondola to go exploring. We were sorry to leave at the end of our stay and would definitely return.

Per il terzo anno consecutivo siamo tornati al Diamant perché ogni volta è come tornare a casa, l’ambiente è familiare pur mantenendo alto il livello dei servizi di un hotel 4 stelle. Personale gentile, attento è molto discreto. La famiglia Rudifera è molto presente ed è sempre un immenso piacere essere accolti dalla loro gentilezza e professionalità. La struttura si trova poco dietro la chiesa quindi in pochissimi passi si arriva nella pittoresca zona pedonale di San Cassiano. Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben curate nei minimi dettagli, quest’anno abbiamo scelto la categoria Clean Air con i materiali usati ecosostenibili. Balcone ampio e bagno meraviglioso con doccia a pioggia. Cibo buonissimo e molto vario, colazione abbondante, prodotti di alta qualità. Spa molto molto bella, piscina interna dotata di una parte idromassaggio. Tisane e frutta secca all’entrata della spa. Ho provato anche un trattamento corpo e uno viso e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Che altro aggiungere? Il Diamant è davvero una punta di diamante delle strutture altoatesine.

Siamo appena tornati da questa splendida struttura e posso solo dire cose belle, struttura molto curata in tutti i particolari, stanze con tutti i confort, piscina sauna bagno turco sala relax e solarium oltre una bella vasca idromassaggio, cucina davvero buona, ricercata in tutti i piatti con una pasticceria davvero deliziosa. Ma la nota più positiva devo essere sincero sono le perone che lavorano in questo albergo a conduzione familiare molto molto disponibili, professionale tutto il personale di sala con una menzione particolare alla responsabile della sala persona davvero preparata di una disponibilità molto rara di questi tempi. Anche il bar, l’accoglienza e anche tutto il personale che si occupa delle stanze e di tutte le attività sempre a disposizione, Siamo tornati veramente con un esperienze positive e dico ancora grazie a tutti, sicuramente tornerò se passerò da queste parti!!

Ottima struttura non manca nulla! Dal panorama, ai servizi,alla professionalità e simpatia del personale in particolare di Camelia e Massimiliano che ci attendevano ogni mattina a colazione e la sera a cena per farci gustare piatti gustosi e darci chicche per affrontare nuove passeggiate. Consigliatissimi i massaggi!!!!! E da non dimenticare la simpatia del piccolo Aki il cagnolino dei proprietari una soffice montagna di pelo dolcissimo! Grazie per la bella vacanza😊
