Second time I stayed here... didnt realise when I booked it, it was the same place till I got there - name change in the last 12 months..

Staff is very friendly I just recommend they pay an outside service to do a deep clean and for them to buy new linen as blankets/ sheets , and mattress cover were atrocious .. if I didn’t bring blankets and sheets I would of legit slept in the car

Both rooms were filthy and were never cleaned from the prior guests. The room I actually got in the sheets until went to the restroom. Cockroach in the kitchen.

The SHERRIF DEPARTMENT TOLD US TO LEAVE AND WE DIDNT EVEN STAY ONE NIGHT. AND NEVER GOT A REFUND.
BOTH YOUR MANAGERS, GIRL BEHIND THE DESK, AND THE BLONDE GUY SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND AND I DIDNT .

The property doesn’t look AT ALL, the way it shows in pictures. It felt unsafe and the room was so dirty that we didn’t even stay the night there, we left.

Sorry to say the room that I was given, was very dirty. First of all the reservation I made was with two queen size bed. The room they gave me was only one small bed seem like it was a full size. Covert was blue dirty with white spots, sheets and pillows were not changed, toilet had drop spots inside. Very disappointed 😔 end-up going to a different hotel. Went back to office but they closed left dropped card inside box outside office. Please refund my money. Thanks

There were signs for the property on other properties that was confusing from the beginning. There were no street lights down the dark road to the property. The office was closed even though we clearly arrived before closing time. When we got to speak with the housekeeper they had given our room away. Then they wanted to split us up showing us a room that was unclean and bed was not even made. If i could give it less than a star i would.

Dried blood and burn marks on my bed sheets and blanket, when mentioned never go replaced. I did not expect much by the area was disgusting. Also homeless people sleeping on the chairs and in front of doors making it always trying to get into your place.
