The room was comfortable. Only issues were a loose toilet seat and hard to get hot water in the AM. Breakfast was good, my request for upper floor was honored, I was able to park as needed, and check in and out was easy.

The check in staff was horribly rude, the hotel is filthy…we didn’t want to touch anything. The TV in the room was broken, the outlet next to the bed didn’t work, there was a sound of running water anytime any surrounding room used water, the hearing/cooling unit buzzed and rattled the entire time it was on. For $250 I expected more!

Freeway is close, so it’s kinda loud when loud vehicles or motorcycles go by. The beds are fairly firm but not too bad. Overall experience was good and I would stay there again.

The staff were very nice, we were able to check in late and check out late. The problems at the hotel were not their fault. We were without water for the better part of an entire day, and we had no hot water for the better part of a day. Otherwise the breakfast was nice, the room served its purpose. I got the sense that the carpets were really dirty in the room, that’s my only complaint. We would stay here again.Great location.

Nothing special, right next to the freeway so very loud. The shower was tricky to figure out, it was either very cold or scolding hot, our screen door to the balcony was shredded. Pool area was ok, again nothing special but it was there. Staff was friendly. It served its purpose.
