Even after staying for 3 nights, slippers and bottled water were not provided once. Others are not bad, the environment is also very good, the location is superior, and parking nearby is also convenient

A very satisfying stay

Nice, newer hotel. Very clean. Rooms were on the small side and our biggest complaint would be the bathroom situation. There is no privacy, no lock, see through doors and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Parking is also a problem. No onsite parking except for valet, which is pricey and its just luck if you can find parking on the street close enough to the hotel.

Pretty good experience. The staff were great and always responded right away through text. Very informative with any questions I had. Also let me borrow an umbrella when it was raining! Only concern is maybe add a lock to the restroom barn doors, there's always an open crack between the two doors because they don't close together all the way and feels like there's no complete privacy. Besides that everything was great. Thank you all for everything.

Staff was disrespectful and did not live up to customer service of Hilton. Passive aggressive and disrespectful, would not recommend staying here.

Nice local Point Lomo hotel. Looks very new and clean. The cooks couldn't make it in for breakfast, so the restaurant was closed in the morning. A lot of close alternatives.

Nice hotel just by the harbor. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and stores. Clean and friendly staff. No self parking and valet parking with cost before a downside. Can get noisy being on a main road.

Decided to stay in SD for the weekend with my best friend and I was very happy we chose to stay here. Parking rates are only valet. $37 a day with in and out privileges; process of calling the car through text was super convenient and easy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had great views of the harbor and lots of space. The hotel has very nice designs and the theme carried through from the lobby to rooms. I definitely recommend staying here.

Woke up in the middle and of the night & the temperature was 58. Besides that room was nice & clean. Thermostat didn’t work.
