I’m surprised they don’t charge you to use the elevator! The price of the room doesn’t include parking. I have never heard of such a thing. I found a hair scrunchy on the shampoo bottle and there was one small bar of soap available for us to wash our hands and take a shower. I’m assuming the shower hasn’t been cleaned so I guess no shower today. Very disappointed!

We appreciated that the hotel was clean and quiet even with a conference going on.

Super happy with my experience. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was ultra clean. The staff was efficient and kind, even gave me a cookie. I didn’t come with a pet, but would definitely bring my dog with me in the future. Cheers!

Outstanding service and very friendly staff ..food was ok

When I go to San Diego from Arizona I always stay at this DoubleTree hotel. The location is perfect and there is a trolley right out the side the door there to take downtown if needed. The service is excellent The room is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone whoever visit San Diego. You will enjoy your stay there

The room is clean and comfortable, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, and the coffee in the Starbucks coffee shop on the first floor is delicious! The quiet environment and clean lobby are very distinctive. I will come again next time and the price is okay.

The location is convenient and the price is quite low. The room has a lot of usable space and is not cramped. It is also reassuring to have access control at night, and it is considerate to be able to store luggage.
