This is our 4th time staying here and will always be our first choice! Great views and vibes every time.

Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️ Not worth the room price per night

The environment is really nice and the hotel is really clean, we had a pleasant stay here! They offer free hotel shuttles however it only operates till midnight

The self-parking is $47 every day, rediculously high. There is no blanket cover, only loose sheet, which is very easy to be kicked off by kids. The room service is by request only.

Nice hotel, beautiful view, very comfortable, staffs are very polite. Recommend this hotel and we will be back next time

Unfortunately, the guests above me were up all night. I had a 7 a.m. flight, and it looked like there was a bachelorette party or wedding reception at the hotel. Some of those attendees were in the room above me. They were up until 4 in the morning making noise. I really like the hotel and location, I travel through San Diego frequently, and the hotel experience there has been great. Guess I picked the wrong night.

Hotel was great needs to be updated but clean and the staff was awesome big thank you to MJ bevmgt

The staff was very friendly. When we needed a microwave, they brought a large one to the room for us to use. The view outside the window was also nice. There was also a tavern.

The location is very good. The small balcony in the room faces the harbor and the swimming pool. The sound insulation is good. It is close to the airport but there is no airplane noise at night. The free airport shuttle is very convenient, with one every 15 minutes or so.

Parking costs an extra $50 per night. The parking space is so narrow that you can't get out from either side. The first time you park, you have to crawl out from the trunk. I think the parking fee is too expensive.

The hotel gave me a room with a super large balcony. There is a yacht marina next to it where I can see the sea. There is a shuttle bus to the airport every day. It is a good choice as a tourist hotel and an airport transition hotel.

The room has a terrace facing the sea. You can go downstairs and run along the beach. The environment is very good. Note that there are two towers. Don't make a mistake when booking.

The room is big, it's in the Bay Tower. It's my first time there. After checking in, I dragged my suitcase for more than 800 meters. Although it's next to the airport, there was no noise. What I didn't get used to was that the bathroom was too old. There was no shower room.

There is a shuttle bus to the hotel at the courtesy vehicle at the airport. Please note that there are two locations of the hotel, one is Marina and the other is Bay. This difference is not marked when booking on Ctrip. The shuttle driver will ask you which one you are going to. Of course, if you are not sure, the hotel staff will help you confirm. Bay is quieter. The attitude of the hotel staff is quite good. I just found a faint blood stain on the quilt when I stayed there. Because it was only a temporary stay near the airport for one night and it was already past 11pm when I checked in, I didn't report it to the front desk. Overall, it is very suitable for friends who arrive late on the plane.
