Hotel under renovation, when it is not fully ready shouldn’t open to public, dirty and dusty, when open the door the smell of the fresh paint is very hard to live with, no hair dryer in room and you will have to get it from reception, parking costs $10 which is fine, the breakfast is not up to standard

The room was clean however the layout of the room was odd, the tv and stand was facing away from the bed at a right angle and left very little room to get to one side of the bed without squeezing around the corner of the stand. The room also had only one towel and we had to ask the front desk for another towel. At the same time we asked if they could turn the propane on for the firepit outside and the front desk clerk said he would look into it and then asked us "anything else?" in a sarcastic tone, not very friendly. We took the towels upstairs came back down to sit by the firepit and was told something on the pit was broken so he couldn't turn it on. That may be true but given the clerks attitude, we questioned it. Breakfast was decent, it ends at 930am.

The room was not very clean. There was hair everywhere, ants in the kitchen, bath tub did not drain, tile floors were not clean. The continental breakfast was not good. Also had to paid $10 a night to park in an open parking lot. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

I like the room it was nice.comfy beds and clean. Shower leaked Everytime you used it, water all over the floor. weird loud hum, not sure a generator or not. Breakfast is supplied, nothing special. Donut shop near hotel is 10x better. Pool was heated but way too many bugs/ debris to enjoy. Could tell it hadn't been cleaned. Bring your own towels from home, pool towels feel like sandpaper. Hotel was quiet until tons of loud kids showed up, running down the halls, banging on guest doors all the way into midnight, parents did nothing. No mention of laundry being out of service. Construction still ongoing everywhere. Saving grace was the ALL staff were wonderful, location to everything, good restaurants. Would stay again with improvements.

My family and I stayed at the Sonesta ES Suites during mothers day weekend. There was an issue with our room, but Skip called us prior to our arrival to provide us with reasonable options. Skip made sure that our stay was not interupted. Skip and Hazel went above and beyond to accomodate our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay, breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming and professional. The rooms were spacious will fully equipped kitchens and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

The rooms were decent. Parking fee was decent. Service was not great. They were obviously understaffed. Not as friendly. At check in we were informed of breakfast hours for the next morning. The morning of, the kitchen staff called out. They were also telling other guests "breakfast wasn't guaranteed". I also tried to extend my stay and was told they were unable to extend 3rd party stays. A family member of mine however, had a different attendant who was able to work around that and extend her stay. My brother was also told he could not get housekeeping for the length of his 3 day stay. The place has potential, they are under construction and are obviously making improvements. I can not hold that against them but they lack the staff to manage/maintain the hotel .
