This is now my go to place! It's always a pleasure to go there and stay, I'm a regular there and the staff is absolutely amazing, I've gotten to know quite a few of them and there always accomating to my requests! They never bother me while I'm there and any time I've asked the maids for something I needed, they give it to me without hesitation and always a smile! I so appreciate how nice everyone is and the fact that I know them on a first name basis and them as well no me by my first name! Always a chill stay and comfortable! Thank you so much you guys!

Downtown location is a little scary, but convenient to walk to Little Italy. There is no fridge or blow dryer, but the room was comfortable. The staff is nice and the a/c worked great.

After staying for two days, I am still satisfied with all aspects of services and the transportation is convenient. Renewed for another three days. The total is check-in on January 3rd and check-out on January 8th. The two front desk staff provided very good service. Even though it was difficult to communicate with someone from a foreign country, they patiently helped me resolve the issue. I would like to express my gratitude to both of them. This is a great place to spend a light day. The location is right in front of Little Italy. However, a separate parking fee of $10 is charged and the cleanliness of the facility is average.

The traffic in the city center is very convenient, the overall cleanliness of the room is really average, but the location is really good and there is a parking lot.
