its really a terrible experience as am traveling across the states. it has a dual standard of service. as if you are unlucky to choose this hotel,you are done,and will be nuts when you are arranged to a room what is a mess or a room close to the laundry room,oh,the laundry room is not for guest,its for the hotel to laundry all its linens.just use dryer but no sanitizer,what horrible it is.and you will enjoy the breeze of the machine from night to morning otherwise you are getting up earlier than the machines wakes up but I thought you wont pay for a room that cant sleep for a sweet morning.

nice place to get away in mission bay if you're traveling with your dog. a short drive from beautiful parks and areas to enjoy the bay.

I had not such a real relaxing time.I had been put in a hall way where the noise of anything in this area that was or happen the go through was very loud and noises from all around me were heard, upstairs the people possibly on back of room people from side of me and even laundry.I had been woken up with real loud steeping and jumping from the second floor.Ive never experienced being caught in this from hotels I stay and it will be my last.I don't recommend you let the front people put you somewhere strange in the hotel ask for second floor.By the way I really stay on higher floors then second I don't know why I was fogged about the front desk person convincing me that the room was special.Oh I know because she said she upgraded me to a room with two beds,which I think I had already requested anyway I'll think twice about this place.But if I'm in dire straight I'll neen the second floor please.

We really regret renting this hotel, cigarette smokers outside door most of night, dirty with stains on walls. Never again!

I was very disappointed with my experience at the SureStay By Best Western San Diego Pacific Beach. Although the breakfast was very simple, I was pleased that the service staff was very friendly. All in all, the unfriendly front desk service, smelly room, and inflexible check-out policy at the SureStay By Best Western San Diego Pacific Beach made me very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else. Hope the hotel can improve their service quality to provide a better stay experience. I don’t understand how this hotel can get 4 stars on tripadvisor. I only saw 3.4 points on Google Maps. It seems the latter is more reliable.

The room had a strong musty smell and I didn't know where the smell came from. It's a small hotel next to the road. Really not worth it. The staff's attitude is OK, but unfortunately they don't understand the language and can't communicate to change rooms.

The name sounds very high-end, but I didn't expect it to be a motel. It's a simple three-story building with very poor sound insulation. The sound of people walking upstairs is very loud. If you have poor sleep quality, I don't recommend staying there. But the rooms are very new. So it's relatively clean. You can have breakfast, please fill your stomach.
